Brendan and Conor were very courteous, polite and efficient. Work was good and company responsive. I would recommend them. Tina who answered the phone was also very kind and responsive. I was surprised when one of their workers brought a heavy dehumidifier down my wood stairs. Should have been brought in through my walkout basement double doors.

This has been the worst customer-service experience of my long life. Incredibly slow and shoddy work; disrespectful workers; I’m still repairing their repairs, since they will not respond to requests for mitigation. If I had the time and energy I’d sue them.
