Friendly, fast, on time and great communicator. He answered the phone quickly, communicated perfectly arrived 10 minutes early, was friendly and got right to loading vehicle quickly. From phone call, to meeting me at truck, to dropping car off at mechanic he had me taken care of in less than one hour. Highly recommend.
He did a fantastic job no question about it. I would definitely recommend this service
This gentleman and his team came and got our BMW post haste, within the hour, because we had a flat on the tollway. We pulled off, and after NTTA towed it off the road, he got it to the tire shop. They were able to get a tire on quickly, all because of this company. The price is fair, it's easy to get a hold of, and…
My wife’s van blew out a tire on the side of the road and we called ABDOZ RSA & Towing to haul the van to the dealership (tire was under warranty at the dealership). He was very helpful, offered great communication throughout the process from before/after pickup and after drop off. I felt like the prices were…
My car broke down at night, so I Googled wrecker services in the area, I saw these guys had 5 star ratings, so I gave them a call. My call was answered quickly, I was given a fair price and told they could be there in 30 minutes. The Driver (Moe) got there in 30 minutes. Moe was very professional and friendly, he…
Fast, honest, and best price!
They were on site within 45 minutes and even dispatched a special truck when they realized their standard carrier wasn't going to be available in the timeframe they initially provided me, to make sure they honored their original ETA. The driver was very nice and I would definitely recommend ABDOZ!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Abdo. He provided excellent service. From start to finish, he was very professional and responsive. Very reliable and great affordable prices.
Nobody ever wants to need a tow truck sand certainly not at dusk on Sunday evening. But if you find yourself in the same situation we did tonight, Abdo is who you should call. He gave us an estimate of how long it would take to get to us and it was well under a half hour. He was so very polite, helpful and great to work with. Highly recommend.
