The crew did a great job cleaning our house yesterday. They were efficient, communicated well, and were very nice.
Great working with Katie, Barbara and Emerson. Very responsive to my needs and they did a great job.
I’ve been using Above the Mess for a while now, and they continue to exceed my expectations. During their most recent visit, an unexpected issue came up when all of my home’s fire alarms suddenly started going off while Above The Mess was servicing my home. Tyler, one of the cleaning crew, immediately called to let…
The team did an excellent job cleaning up our brand new home. We wanted to move in with a feeling that everything was clean and we were not disappointed with the service, communication, or price. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough about the wonderful team at Above the Mess. We reached out to them to schedule a cleaning at my parent’s home. They did a marvelous job both with general cleaning and addressing some of the neglected areas that happen when houses (and their occupants) age. The communication from the moment I…
Work travel kept me from keeping up with cleaning, and I needed help catching up, especially with dust. After speaking with Kortnee and answering a few questions, we decided on an initial deep clean followed by monthly service. Communication was quick and straightforward, and I was able to schedule the first…
The 3 house cleaners were very courteous and professional. They did a great job and were very thorough. I did point out one spot that was missed and they were very quick to take care of it. I have always had an individual for cleaning services and she was quite a bit less costly but these 4 did do a fantastic job.
Above the Mess was so easy to work with when booking service for my parents. The cleaners arrived promptly and we're so kind. They listened to my mother's requests and asked questions to ensure they were meeting her needs. They worked efficiently and left the house sparkling. My mother was so pleased with the…
We had a deep clean done with a set max time due to budget reasons. They got through 90% of the cleaning within the timeframe requested. We were very satisfied with the result.
Had my dads house floors cleaned, which was a mess due to dog hair and dust. Two people were able to clean the entire house in one hour! Fast, efficient, and affordable. Would definitely recommend!
After using other companies, Above the Mess is the best. Definitely worth it and bless my mess thank you.
Have used Above the Mess for months now. They are professional and communicate well with scheduling. Beth is the team lead - always leaves notes and reminder cards for the next cleaning. They do a great job - nothin better than getting home from work and not having to clean! They are essential to my work life balance.
I’ve had numerous house cleaners and this crew has exceeded all of them! Being a past employee of Merry Maids, cleaning from top to bottom is what I love… they did it! No streaks and no dust anywhere! Highly recommend!! Thank you so much!! This busy house is HAPPY!
Beth, Katie and Ashley have been consistently cleaning our house. I have been utterly pleased with the company Above the Mess.
Didn't realize how much TLC my house really needed until they did the initial deep clean! I have continued to use them on a regular basis. They are a very well organized team, who gets the job done in a timely manner. With each visit, special instructions are verified before the cleaning begins and what was…
Extremely impressed with the service and the customer service skills. Not only was the cleaning done to perfection the crew was an absolute joy to be around. They do great work and keep it very fun.
I have used Above the Mess for a couple of years, this visit, they came to help clean up after 2 bathrooms were remodeled. The crew was helpful, flexible, friendly, efficient, and thorough. Great experience.
Above the Mess has been cleaning our house for 5+ years. They show up on time and are very professional and do a great job. We love that it is generally a crew of 3 so our house gets cleaned in 75 minutes. We have also used their window cleaning service.
Nice people and they do a great job!
They were amazing!!! Everything was done the way I used to be able to clean. I have scheduled for once a month. I highly recommend.
They were very professional and did a great job!
Tyler and his crew came out to my house multiple times in order to help us keep the house in pristine condition when we went to sell. They first came out to do a deep clean and get the house in tip-top shape prior to photos. Afterwards, the team came out again 3 weeks later for a tidy-up to keep the house in perfect…
Couldn’t be more happy with Above the Mess! The crew did so much more than I expected, and the house has never been so clean! I look forward to their weekly visit to make the house minty fresh again!
I would HIGHLY recommend Above the Mess Cleaning. They do a superb job cleaning, do well with our two large dogs and very friendly. Even though from time to time people change the level of cleaning service does not & I appreciate that. Today was the first time they cleaned our recently remodeled primary bathroom…
It was great working with Kortnee, Tyler and Selena and will do so again.
The group was on time, professional, and did a fantastic deep clean of my entire home. They worked quickly and went above my expectations for cleanliness. I have hired them for bi-weekly cleanings and am so glad I did! I highly recommend!
