Called twice, both times I was forced to speak with an AI bot. Never got a call back. Trust this is an indicator of their values
Let me start off with, I am LITERALLY an exterminator. I don't live in the city anymore and am getting ready to sell my house. So, I needed to evict the squirrels that had moved into my soffits. I figured, good reviews, local company, funny name/logo, seems super profesh. I paid the $100 for the inspection, I liked their spiel, I was totally sold. Until the actual inspection day came....like I said I don't live on the property anymore and friends were going to attend and allow access. It seems as though it was less of an inspection and more of an up-sale tour, with trying to inspect the whole house, pressuring additional insulation in my attic(my friends are general contractors, why would I hire a pest control company for insulation?), and then the pies de resistance, tacking on $1000 because the tech was saying raccoons. Not only have I seen squirrels with my own eyes, know what squirrel damage looks like, and lived in the house the guy was straight up arguing with me. No evidence, no pictures of raccoons, I don't have trees near my house(2 story). On top of all these shenanigans, he lied to me and said he saw raccoons when he was there trying to sell my friend all these extras, yet again, no evidence of this sighting. And my friend who was right there with him the whole time.....also says they saw nothing. Text exchange after I informed him that I would be going with another company was the most condescending, conversation I've had in a while. And that was the worst $100 I've ever spent. Hired another company and have already started catching squirrels.

Was not allowed to merge to make my exit off the highway. I had my 2 year old in the car. This family owned business obviously doesn't care that their workers are horribly unsafe driver. I will never use this company.

The techs were prompt, efficient and thorough. We had been plagued with all manner of spiders, ants, stink bugs, box elder bugs, etc. After a couple of years with Abra we are as bug free as nature will allow. This is our 1st summer of their mosquito control so we'll see how that works. Definitely worth the money. Max is very knowledgeable and is passing this down to his trainees. Great job.

This morning at 7:00am, this employee slammed on his breaks so hard his tiers screeched( nothing like a little self inflicted whiplash)in attempts I’m guess to get my vehicle to hit the back of his. Didn’t work because I was a safe distance behind him. I believe he did this because he was being followed by the car behind me that I pulled out in front of also a safe distance from as that car hadn’t even made it into the roundabout yet making it safe for me to do so. Once I was through the first roundabout and midway to the second one the second car sped up and honked at me. I guess I came between her and her man lol so in turn this Corey Hart wearing sunglasses while hella overcast decided to attempt to break check me. I used my breaks in a normal fashion. He also clearly isn’t the smartest cookie and didn’t think of chain of events. If I had been as close as he was clearly hoping for. I would’ve slammed on my breaks as well and since his partner increased her speed once behind me she could’ve possibly hit the back of me. That seems like a dumb move. It’s 7am Friday it’s about to be 85° or whatever GloRilla said. Anyways it’s never that serious sir.
