I have used Accel for over five years now. Their prices are reasonable, our technician Brian is prompt, friendly, and thorough, and he keeps the spiders and beetles that used to plague us at bay!

Accel is much more knowledgeable and has better attention to detail than other pest control companies in Richmond. We switched from Orkin years ago. Accel will go the extra mile to resolve a pest issue, they are true professionals.
Joe helped my mother, a senior citizen who lives in the Richmond area. She said that he was very polite, kind and professional. He arrived promptly and will be coming every month to make sure there are no more cockroaches in her apartment. She is very pleased with his service.
