Brian is a very friendly professional tech. He has done an excellent job with our pest control service.
I made a point to be home today when Joe came. He really knows his stuff and it helped me a lot because we were concerned about the front of the house and the black spots we were seeing on the front. Turns out it was a spider issue because of the bright light I used to light up my flagpole. It attracts the bugs and spiders like bugs. Who would have thought. We're going to have to get a light that eliminates our American flag but doesn't point towards the house and doesn't annoy the neighbors. And then, Joe insisted on using this ultra long Pole to remove as many of the spider webs as possible and we are scheduling a cleaning of the vinyl siding to take care of the residual spider issue. I have been really happy with this company. We don't have a bug problem anymore except for these little spiders and they're all outside. And now we understand why we have a problem because of the light and we can fix that.

Richard did an awesome job! Amazing communication from start to finish. Communicated with me before my appointment and made a point of building trust and a relationship with me as his customer and him as my new pest control technician. He stayed in contact with me about his arrival time and throughout his time on the property, giving good advise on pest & property management. Incredible guy and I am very happy with the service and know that I am in good hands with Accel & him as my technician.
