We needed a quick pest inspection and were able to get James River on the calendar pretty quickly. Joe finished his inspection and gave us some good feedback related to our home and some recommendations to help reduce the workload on our dehumidifier that runs in our crawl space. By relocating it, the unit can work more efficiently.

Our specific issue was a hole in the eaves where a bird had built a nest. We needed it removed, repaired and painted. The results were perfect, can’t even tell there was an issue.
The upfront fee was for an external inspection of the whole house, which was then applied to repairs. Tripp was very professional as well…

James River Pest is an awesome company! They are highly responsive and truly care about their customers. They incapsulated my crawlspace and my AC company came out to do some work and commented on what an incredible job they did. This was unsolicited and very reassuring! Fred from James River Pest came out first thing this morning after I called the company late yesterday with a concern. Fred is absolutely wonderful, as is Joe. Customer service is exceptional and I am so grateful to have found this company. I could not recommend them more highly!

We had a carpenter ant problem in our house and I called James River Pest Solutions. They came out that day and explained what treatment they could do. We immediately saw a difference. Wow. This company was already recommended by trusted neighbor, but working with them was top par. Their honesty, thoroughness , and no pressure approach is key customer service!
