Excellent customer service, George was an excellent rep for the company. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. To soon to tell if treatments were effective yet, but have no reason to doubt they will be.
Greg made a thorough job of spraying, etc., and was pleasant throughout his time here.

Kyle doesn’t seem to have a good grasp of knowledge on what he is doing. I’m never sure if he understands the chemicals he’s using or the best method for bug mitigation
Outstanding personnel, explained process, and asked if had any issues or questions.

We were very pleased with the service received from Robert. He went over all that he planned for our visit and even educated us on the equipment/products used and how they would resolve our issues. Khendall was pleasant in his interactions, and thorough in his service. He notifies us of his impending arrival and was punctual.
I couldn’t be happier with the effort and communication that my tech provides me during my pest control service calls. He makes sure to cover all my concerns and tells me how all areas were treated. No offense to any other tech, but if Joseph isn’t available, I’ll wait till he is.
