Louise, Michael and Jacob did an outstanding job! They were very friendly, polite and professional. I had 2 windows and our sliding door replaced and they look beautiful. They answered questions and explained everything as they went along. I can’t wait to get the rest of the windows replaced. Thank you Accent Southwest.
Paul, Ryan, and Lorenzo finished the rough-in for our new windows to replace screen closing off our patio in record time and left a totally clean job site. Great guys and a great job!!
Just finished replacing all my windows, sliding glass door, and front door. Paul, Ryan, and Jacob were professional, listened to my concerns and answered all questions. They walked me through the process step by step. Their communication was awesome! They were respectful of my space and were so sweet to my dogs.…
Luis, Michael, Jaime did a great job installing new windows and moving a door. Highly recommend.
Can't tell you how AMAZING this company has been from start to finish! We never needed windows before so this was all new to us and it was a big job, 31 windows in total. I had interviewed about 5 different window companies and hands down this company not only had the best price but the best customer service and…
We needed to replace the original 30+ year old windows in our home. Some of the spring lift mechanisms had "exploded" out of their housings, seals between panes had failed allowing moisture to be trapped. We looked for a company that controlled the manufacture of the windows, had their own installers, and had a…
We hired Accent to install four old Ponzi windows in Santa Fe, NM. I would highly recommend this Team and Company. They are responsive to scheduled meetings from sales to measuring to install. Jasmine at their main office is great with reminders before meetings and critical dates. She handles sales scheduling,…
Great Final Product, but Review Your Contract Carefully I hired Accent Southwest Windows & Doors to replace two oddly shaped windows in my living room, and overall, I'm very pleased with the final result; the windows look fantastic, and the installation was top-notch. The Good: Norman, the salesman, was excellent…
Paul, Lorenzo, and Ryan did a fantastic job on replacing our windows. Hard working and competent workers. Highly recommended them for your job!
Just had my windows replaced by Accent Southwest Windows and Doors. Jose and Jaime were fantastic. Easy to work with and great communication. Highly recommend them.
I had this company replace all my windows, along with removing a back door and window and replacing them with a large slider. The quality of the windows is very good; I’ve saved money on AC costs and I don’t hear any noise from outside. The window installers were efficient and courteous. I don’t recommend having…
Tony and Luis did an incredible job with the installation. They completed the job in a timely fashion, were very professional, and did a great job of cleaning up after they were done with the install. I highly recommend 10/10.
Accent Southwest did a great job. All the people I dealt with were knowledgeable and did a fine job. The new sliding patio door and the new window are a wonderful quality, very well built and substantial. Tony and Luis did a great job with the installation.
Tony & Luis were awesome...would definitely use again
Recently had some windows and sliding glass door installed by Carlos D., Moises S., and Jose G. here in Rio Rancho. Windows look great and the installers were a great group of guys. Highly recommend.
Our installers were Tony and Luis and they did a fantastic job. That were very professional and courteous keeping me informed every step of the way. They cleaned up after the job and left no trace behind. I highly recommend Accent Southwest and especially Tony and Luis. This was a great experience from start to finish.

We had all of our original windows replaced on our home and everything from the sales guy to after instillation support has been top notch. The sales guy we had, Paul, brought over a few samples and explained the new window design and answered any questions we had. The installers Antonio and Luis were clean,…
