What a great company to purchase windows from. Every step in the process of getting new windows throughout our house was a very pleasant experience. Norman explained our options and did a great job showing us the superior product that Anlin windows are. The windows were delivered in the time frame expected and Luiz, Michael and Lorenzo did an exceptionally professional job installing them. I was most worried about the stucco repair because we had just had our whole house stuccoed a year ago. However, I had no need to have worried because Jose did an excellent job and you can't tell at all that the stucco had been cut into for the installation, and the color match is perfect.
Throughout this whole process, each of the professionals were friendly, personable and responsive to any questions or concerns that we had.
We chose Accent because we had a couple of very large windows replaced by them about 20 years ago in another city. We loved those windows and never had any problems with them. We expect these new windows in Santa Fe to be just as reliable and enjoyable. Thank you, Accent, for employing such a marvelous workforce! They were all a joy to work with and the quality of their work is outstanding.
Hello Trudi, thank you for choosing Accent Southwest Windows and Doors and for taking the time to leave this wonderful review. Knowing our customers are completely satisfied with their custom installation is exactly why we do what we do. We appreciate you and hope you enjoy the added beauty and energy efficiency for years to come!

Norman came out to provide an estimate on replacing one window. He brought a big salesman's case and spent quite a bit of time telling us how awful other companies are and how they rip people off. He tried to talk us into a product we didnt want.
When I received his proposal it listed the window type and price. At the bottom, he tacked on $1360 in "misc charges."
When I asked about it, he wrote back the exact same stuff he said in person. He rambled on about how other companies don't do this or that.
I don't have time for nonsense, so I told Norman he could redo his proposal properly and I would consider it. I never heard from him again.
I've been warned about scam window companies, so I assume, based on the disorganized sales pitch and scammy-vibed proposal that no one should use Accent Southwest.
Be careful out there! Do your research! Who installs your window is as important as the window you choose.

I needed to replace a window that had lost the seal between the panes and was starting to get cloudy and milky looking. Norman from Southwest Windows and Doors came over to show me the options they had available and measure my window. He offered me a replacement at a fair price and was an excellent, low pressure sales person, which I appreciated. No gimmicks, no special discount only today nonsense.
The installation team arrived on time (Wow!!) and was extremely professional and proficient at their work. Michael and Lorenzo worked efficiently and carefully to remove the old window. They cleaned up during the replacement process and after they were finished. I enjoyed watching them work and asked several questions which they answered easily. Michael is a whiz with a caulking gun and Lorenzo is the power saw master!
A++++ service and installation. Would HIGHLY recommend this company if you're debating where to buy your windows from.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with the outcome and my experience with Accent Southwest Windows and Doors. We replaced the builder grade sliding door with a standard pass through door with side lights and it has truly given so much personality to that little corner of the house.
Admittedly, I am glad that I had met with a different company first (I did a triple bid on this work) as it was a truly educational experience and I felt I was a much better informed consumer for the sales meeting with Shelly from Accent SW. She did a great job, but there were parts that without the other meeting I would not have known to ask or even understand it was important to me. Shelly and I worked together to come up with a design that met what I was looking for and fit well in the opening from the slider. There were plenty of door design options to choose from and we were able to find one that complimented the interior of the home perfectly. My one issue was when it came to picking the outside color - all the tans and beiges pulled yellow, which wasn't ideal for a pink based tan stucco on our home's exterior. So there was a pivot to another color which turned out to be the right choice thankfully.
The install team of Luis, Lorenzo and Michael were so nice and professional. They arrived on time, took great care of our home - we did a LOT of furniture moving and clearing the work area to mitigate dust and debris - and were so polite. They worked quickly and efficiently; other than footprints (and a new door) it was hard to tell they had been there. I can't say this enough - they were such nice guys! They did a great job on the hand off and all wanted to make sure we were happy with the end product.
This really was the right choice for us and I smile every time I walk past the new door. If you need door or window work done on your home, I highly recommend Accent Southwest.

We had a new front entry door installed with accompanying sidelights. The product looks great and meets all specifications. The installation was professionally done, but could have used a little more attention to detail, considering the overall price for the service. I had to point out during the installation to route the existing doorbell wires, and I pointed out a few missed seams during the final caulking of the joints. Additionally, I would have expected a more personal follow-up from the sales staff on the product and installation, again given the overall price of the service. Overall satisfied, but it's the little things that could have made this a 5-star review.
