CJ Barth was awesome helping me with the purchase of a commercial Sauna for my property! He went above and beyond assuring my size and needs of the sauna heater. He even consulted a technical team to make sure fit and operation would be compatible to the equipment we already had. I will be using him again I'm sure.

I wanted to update our review. Amber from Accurate Industries reached out about our experience and was so nice and helpful. We had a conversation about what happened and she was very sympathetic about our experience and explained this is not how the process should have went. She ended up sending us a care package for our new spa which was completely unnecessary and extremely generous! We haven’t had the best experience with the current company we ended up pivoting and working with so I will be referring my friends back over to Accurate Industries. We recommend giving this company a chance!!
We unfortunately have to give this company one star. Our original appointment was cancelled due to an alleged illness from their point of contact. Later that day we were able to connect with the representative and have a phone meeting. We covered all the bases and were told we would have some more information that week. One week later and after multiple attempts to contact our representative via phone call and email we still have not heard from anyone.
