Ace Auto Repair & Tire

First time experience at Ace Auto and it was terrific! Knowledgeable and very friendly staff - and they take the time to explain why certain services are recommended after running diagnostic tests on your car. There’s no heavy sales tactics - it’s simply, ‘this is what we see, you can have it fixed now or do it… Read full review

Ace did a great job replacing the oil cooler, valve cover gaskets and spark plugs on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Excellent communication and estimate was aligned with what I expected for the Seattle area. Highly recommend!

The guys at Ace Auto Repair were great 👍 They did a complete diagnostic test and repaired my car within 24 hours so I could get back on the road quickly.

Great people here! Excellent service at a fair price. Had several maintenance issues plus new tires and they did it all. Car rides like new! Thanks team!

Very friendly service. They were able to work with me on rescheduling an appointment.

I’m a new transplant to Seattle and hadn’t established myself yet with an auto service shop. Had an unfortunate incident where my car broke down and needed to be towed — Ace Auto was coincidentally the nearest service locale. They took incredibly good care of me! Clear communications, good turn-around time, fair… Read full review

Honest and thorough auto shop. I used to live in the neighborhood and was referred to Ace by another neighbor. After I moved away, I still come here. They have always treated me and my car well. I'm a former automotive engineer and I appreciate receiving the full system diagnostic every time I visit.

Trevor did a great job explaining all my needed services and why.. They were all awesome and the prices can't be beat. Thank you guys for keeping my little jeep on the road and running better than ever! 100% would recommend Ace!

Great shop. Dave and Trevor in the front office provide clear and transparent communication. The work is top notch. Whether doing regular service or working through insurance, I highly recommend Ace Auto Repair & Tire.

Love the thoroughness and quality service at Ace. Great communication, service and attitude. We take all our vehicles here and will continue to recommend to friends. Special shout out to our favorite mechanic- Jonathan!

They performed amazing work for me!

Cannot say enough about how incredible the service is here. This team goes above and beyond to help. Our car went out 30 minutes outside of Seattle and after we towed it to Ace, we found out it was totaled. They were extremely generous, honest, patient and kind. We will continue to do our auto services here! Look at… Read full review

As always, everyone at Ace is friendly, incredibly helpful, and thorough. They keep you informed of everything that is happening with text messages, their work is outstanding and their prices very reasonable. It’s the only place I’ll take my truck!

Brought car in for a diagnostic check, it was completed within an hour and got a link with all the information I needed to know. It was quick and amazing details on the diagnostic. I even got videos of the things they checked on the car! 10/10 would recommend

Got my 2002 Subaru WRX back in peak shape after sitting for quite some time with various issues. Thanks guys!

My car needed extensive repairs which I thought would take a long time based on other auto shops but Ace Auto Repair & Tire Pros surprised me with a call saying it was ready for pick up. Very Efficient, Thorough, and friendly.

Great service— in fact haven’t needed to return. Will wait a year and definitely go back

I received a recommendation for repairs and took my vehicle. Ace Auto was transparent in their service/price, and provided an excellent service. They completed repairs at the time projected, and they also provided great follow-up. I highly recommend Ace Auto Repair.

Great place to take your car! Very professional, East to work with and responsive. Repairs were done quickly and both my Jeep and Ford are running better than ever!

Everyone who works here is so nice. It's easy to make an appointment (& you can do it online or via text), you get really clear reports with pictures before they talk to you about pricing, & they get the work done quickly. I've had a lot of weird engine issues this year & they've always been lovely & done a great job.

Great service. They send you pictures of all of their repairs and potential problems with your car so you know what’s actually going on. No hassles, great communication, and they always seem to be early or right on with their estimates for how long work will take.

Came in with severe stalling issues. They provided excellent, detailed diagnostics, and only fixed what was strictly necessary. They were exceedingly communicative and allowed me to make the calls regarding if I wanted anything else fixed, plus were helpful with explaining recommended services. Some services… Read full review

Easy to schedule an appointment, service when scheduled, price same as estate. Ace is professional & friendly!

I suppose my family and I are considered "regulars" here now, so, as a regular, I'll give my reasons for sticking with Ace. My family has been going here for a year or so and have had a great experience with all of our vehicles. From minor repairs to more major stuff, these guys have you covered. They take pride and… Read full review

My first time having a car in 10 years after being a bus commuter, and these guys made the process feel super easy and understandable. They take pictures/videos of the car parts that need repairs to show what’s going on. They are incredibly thorough and after they worked on it & sent me a full diagnostic report, I… Read full review

I appreciate their good work and willingness to talk me through the issues with my car and the options I have.

Professional, friendly, and thorough service with excellent communication. Definitely recommend!

My check engine light came on and I was able to get an appointment within a few days and get my car fixed up quickly!

Great experience and friendly staff. I liked getting a breakdown via email and text of what work needed to be done instead of just a phone call.

Very professional experience. I am a woman of color and I didn't feel any different from anyone else which for me was a different experience. I received a detail list of what needed to be repaired. Trevor walked me through on each item, followed up to inform me how my repairs were going. This was by far… Read full review

Dave, Nate and the rest of the team were very professional and knowledgeable. They helped diagnose my engine problems, and I loved the setup they have where they send out a detailed report of all the problems they find and don't make you commit to any fixes before diagnosing the problem. Everything was so transparent and smooth.

I've been using this shop for my aging Jeep for many years, and they are always professional and courteous. They do good work at a reasonable price. I have two examples of when they went above and beyond. Once I left my car for them to diagnose a sound coming from the axle. He called me to say they figured it out… Read full review

They are totally professional, love that they send a diagnostic breakdown by email highlighting what should be a priority! They are the best!

Dave is great! I came in for a check engine light and they were able to fix everything quickly. I would recommend Ace Auto Repair, they have fantastic service and I will continue to go here for anything that comes up in the future.

My Jeep was experiencing engine performance issues and the check engine light came on. I took my Jeep to ACE. Elijah was great and had my vehicle checked in fast. As a result of the engine light diagnostic check, it was revealed I had to have 3 coils replaced, spark plugs and wires replaced and fuel induction… Read full review

Fast and professional. Super reliable and can’t beat the prices.

Our go to mechanic to service our older (but nice) vehicles. Great service, communication, and more. Front office staff is top notch. They all seem to really care about the quality of their service, setting expectations, and more. We'll keep coming back.

Friendly prompt and professional. I take my two vehicles here for their tire needs and am always pleased with their work and service.

This is the very best shop I have ever gone to. They are 35 miles away from me as well. They are honest, and are there to help. Eric snd Elijah work very well together. They are courteous and professional. There was something I thought I needed and they told me that I did not need it and explained why. That type of… Read full review

Exceeded my expectations in every way. The repair was performed faster and cost less than I expected, AND they explained what had gone wrong and what to look for in the future. I'd give 6 stars if I could! Ace/Tire Pros has earned my business indefinitely in the future. Thanks!
