Ace did a great job replacing the oil cooler, valve cover gaskets and spark plugs on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Excellent communication and estimate was aligned with what I expected for the Seattle area. Highly recommend!

Honest and thorough auto shop. I used to live in the neighborhood and was referred to Ace by another neighbor. After I moved away, I still come here. They have always treated me and my car well. I'm a former automotive engineer and I appreciate receiving the full system diagnostic every time I visit.

Brought car in for a diagnostic check, it was completed within an hour and got a link with all the information I needed to know. It was quick and amazing details on the diagnostic. I even got videos of the things they checked on the car! 10/10 would recommend

Everyone who works here is so nice. It's easy to make an appointment (& you can do it online or via text), you get really clear reports with pictures before they talk to you about pricing, & they get the work done quickly. I've had a lot of weird engine issues this year & they've always been lovely & done a great job.

Great service. They send you pictures of all of their repairs and potential problems with your car so you know what’s actually going on. No hassles, great communication, and they always seem to be early or right on with their estimates for how long work will take.

Dave, Nate and the rest of the team were very professional and knowledgeable. They helped diagnose my engine problems, and I loved the setup they have where they send out a detailed report of all the problems they find and don't make you commit to any fixes before diagnosing the problem. Everything was so transparent and smooth.
