Great place to take your car! Very professional, East to work with and responsive. Repairs were done quickly and both my Jeep and Ford are running better than ever!
I brought my car in to Ace Auto Repair & Tire Pros after my catalytic converter was stolen and to address several other issues with the vehicle. They were able to quickly diagnose the issues, provided a detailed breakdown of recommended work at a reasonable cost, and were honest and easy to communicate with…
Easy to schedule an appointment, service when scheduled, price same as estate. Ace is professional & friendly!
Elijah and all of Dave’s crew took excellent care of my car and me. They had the tires I needed and were very efficient. I was back on the road in no time. The car is running well and I look forward to many miles on the new tires. Excellent service. Thanks!
Front desk persons were really friendly and helpful. Worked hard to fit my a/c repair into their already booked day and got everything fixed in the nick of time. They performed a few other repairs of other problems found during diagnostic analysis. Fair pricing and quick turn around time!
I live close to Dave's shop and even though there are always places that can change your oil for less money, I go to them because I know they take it seriously and do a fantastic job every single time. Last year they discovered an oil leak on my car that had less than 1K miles before warranty expired, saving me…
Great service! I brought my 10 year old car in for a spa day that included checking out my squeeky brakes, an oil change, air filter, windshield wipers, and 4 new tires in advance of a road trip. These guys took the time to get an understanding about what kind of conditions I'll be driving in, the differences…
Finding a trustworthy auto shop can be tough (in my experience) but there’s a reason I’ve been going back to Ace for 4 years. Their team is so kind, patient, knowledgeable and transparent about services and what my car needs (or doesn’t need) and never pressure me. They text/email a full report so you can review on…
Fast and professional. Super reliable and can’t beat the prices.
Our go to mechanic to service our older (but nice) vehicles. Great service, communication, and more. Front office staff is top notch. They all seem to really care about the quality of their service, setting expectations, and more. We'll keep coming back.
I’ve used Ace two times now and had great experiences with both. One for a tire change and another for oil change. Always friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable and able to communicate clearly on the needs of the vehicle. Timely as well! Friends have also used them and had similar experiences. I’ve never felt scammed or overcharged and that means a lot.
Very friendly and professional. They got the job done right and were enjoyable to work with. This was my first time there and I definitely plan to return
Ace Auto Repair in Lake City was recommended by a retiring garage owner who had serviced our cars for over 20 years and whom we love. He gave us the name of his lead mechanic, Trevor, who had transferred to Ace Auto. His recommendation was greatly valued, so I made my first appointment and took my car in for…
Brought my car in for a general maintenance look over and their report came with all the things I was expecting to see. No surprise maintenance issues to try to run up the bill and the work was done in a day and a half. Can’t beat honest and quick in car repair shop.
We had a lot of deferred maintenance done on our Honda Accord before selling it to a friend. We had a complete estimate before starting, the work done s as per quote and was finished on time. Very satisfied.
Love Ace!! Really kind, knowledgeable staff. I'm a car novice and I've always appreciated how Ace staff explain my car's issues in a way that's courteous and respectful and their prices are reasonable. I live in the neighborhood and recommend them to friends.
The folks at Ace are very kind and courteous. So helpful and patient! My car came back to me in great shape and their turnaround time was quick! I will definitely be coming back: Thanks guys!
I can’t thank enough for Ace Tire for helping me fix the vibration issue on my BMW X6. Trevor, Chris and Dave were amazing to work with. Thanks you all. They were so friendly and took their time to assure me that I understood what was wrong with my car. I’ve been to many tire shops and they were never able to fix…
A thief tried to steal the catalytic converter and cut through one of the pipes. The guys at Ace were able to weld everything together and I was back on the road in a day!
I have been going to this shop almost exclusively for the last 5+ years because they are fair, trustworthy and punctual. Their work is excellent and I have never had a recurrent problem after a repair (a lot more than I can say for some other local shops). The pricing may be slightly higher than a bargain shop, but…
Top notch service and repair. Done right the first time. Friendly, well priced, my go to guys for the best service in town!
Ace was a good shop prior to Covid. Then the virus took over their brains! Other that a time they lost my appointment and I ended up waiting for an extended period of time, Ace did good work fast. Another shop with a smaller waiting area kept their waiting area open for a max of 3 people while Ace Auto Repair shut…
Been taking our cars here for several years. They do a great job for a fair price, and are mindful of cost vs benefit on our older vehicles. We're lucky to have them in the neighborhood.
Great place, highly recommend
I would highly recommend Ace for any car maintenance services! Chris and Dave were both very friendly, honest and upfront about repairs necessary for my car. They were able to replace my tire, brakes and investigate an oil leak in a very manner for a more than reasonable price in my opinion. Definitely will be…
Second time using Ace's services for my Honda Accord. Very happy with their service and the cost. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
I’ve been goin to Dave and his crews place for several years now. All my fleet vehicles and personal vehicles get done here, matter of fact I drive 50 miles one way just to make sure the job is done right, and it always is. Can’t talk them up enough, seriously. If yo live in Seattle or the greater Seattle area and…
Had a suspension system installed. Was a tough job and these guys were awesome. Fair price and quick.
The first time I went to ACE was when Costco quoted me $1300 to replace all 4 of my tires when even I knew my one popped tire was repairable I just didn’t have the time. I took my car to ACE and not more than 5 minutes later, Elijah came out to tell me it would cost me $30 to repair the tire and it would be as good…
We use Ace for our 3 cars. They have been honest, fair priced, and easy to work with. When the VW dealer gave us a video of thousands of $$ of work on our 2003 Eurovan, I showed it to the Ace team and we went over what repairs were BS and what repairs could be done for less. They saved me much money.
Satisfied 👍 good work
As always: excellent diagnosticians; professional work done right the 1st time; car ready on time; clear channels of communication; no scare tactics or taken advantage of because I'm a woman; basically - no B.S....and did I say friendly? All these things are why they've been my mechanics for the past decade. Kudos, guys!
Chris and Dave have always been a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable and treat me and my truck with respect. I know my vehicles are in good hands and I will always recommend Ace auto repair and tire pros to my friends and family.
