Ace Auto Repair & Tire

They did an incredible job on my 2003 WRX. They put in a new water pump timing belt, New heavy duty axles, changed all my fluids, brakes, trans diff. The price was what you would expect for it that amount of service on a 23-year-old vehicle. The good news is in the last 5 months I've replaced almost every single… Read full review

Great service and good customer service!

Been going to this auto shop for the last couple years and Chris and Trevor and team to a tremendous job of keeping my car in good shape. All the costs are transparent and they give it to ya straight. Love the service, and highly recommend anyone that needs reliable mechanics!

Update on March 2026: I noticed a cute doodle on the wall. They told me it's from a customer's kid, ^_^ Doing good replacement for my vehicle in an affordable price.

Great people here! Excellent service at a fair price. Had several maintenance issues plus new tires and they did it all. Car rides like new! Thanks team!

Updated: excellent service for new wheels for both my Rivian and my Chevy Bolt. Trevor and Chris were super helpful through the process, and handled everything with efficiency and quality. Great shop!

Honest and thorough auto shop. I used to live in the neighborhood and was referred to Ace by another neighbor. After I moved away, I still come here. They have always treated me and my car well. I'm a former automotive engineer and I appreciate receiving the full system diagnostic every time I visit.

This is a professional shop…best I have experienced. They evaluated the problem, gave me a detailed explanation including photos, and an estimate which was the same as the final bill…completely fair and vastly better than agency shops (who did not identify the problem despite us asking twice). Take your car here!

Great shop. Dave and Trevor in the front office provide clear and transparent communication. The work is top notch. Whether doing regular service or working through insurance, I highly recommend Ace Auto Repair & Tire.

Love the thoroughness and quality service at Ace. Great communication, service and attitude. We take all our vehicles here and will continue to recommend to friends. Special shout out to our favorite mechanic- Jonathan!

They performed amazing work for me!

I have used Ace over the last 2 years for my daughter’s Jeep while she has been attending school. They have always be very professional, flexible, and helpful when I have to deal with them all the way from Texas. They may not be the cheapest but for not having the hassle, I would recommend highly.

I'm very fortunate to have Ace Auto Repair close by and have been there in the past with different vehicles. Everything is done A-1 professional and is my only choice for maintenance. I recommend Ace Auto 100%

Could not be more impressed if I tried!!! the entire team from first calling to get an appointment to even checking in a few days later was OUTSTANDING. As a woman that knows only the basics about cars, I felt seen and I felt respected. Staff were all super friendly, made sure I understood everything they were… Read full review

The crew at Ace is among the best to work with. Excellent communication and customer service. Always get a full report of work done and car is driving great after being serviced by them.

We always take our car into Ace. They communicate really clearly the work that needs to be done and give breakdowns for all of it. It’s perfect for someone like me who doesn’t know cars! I can trust that they are honest with me and that they do good work.

Great work and service. They are able to deal with work on my heavily modified truck with no issues. Great communication, fair and honest. I lost my mechanic of 10+years when he moved out to Wenatchee and I'm happy to have found the pros here to rely on.

Very nice, trustworthy folk who get right to it.

I had a pleasant experience at ACE Auto Repair. I got a flat tire problem, thought I would have to buy a new one, but they fixed it. I also did the maintenance they recommended with a very reasonable price. I’d recommend the business to anyone who is looking for a honest auto repairs shop.

Excellent staff took the time to walk me through things. And their online report was the clearest communication I've ever had about car repairs.

Great service. They send you pictures of all of their repairs and potential problems with your car so you know what’s actually going on. No hassles, great communication, and they always seem to be early or right on with their estimates for how long work will take.

Ace always puts its clients interests ahead of short term profits. Their recommended repairs to our vehicles are well documented through photos and videos that clearly illustrate the problems to be corrected. Quick turnaround on all repairs and work performed is guaranteed. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t have a better experience, got an alignment done, it was quick and price was very reasonable, I would definitely recommend this shop!

I suppose my family and I are considered "regulars" here now, so, as a regular, I'll give my reasons for sticking with Ace. My family has been going here for a year or so and have had a great experience with all of our vehicles. From minor repairs to more major stuff, these guys have you covered. They take pride and… Read full review

Solid auto body shop that replaced my tie rod. Didn't realize it needed to be replaced but I knew something was up with my steering. They did a great job and my Y2k Mitsubishi Galant is running super smooth.

Needed to replace my front shocks and Ace Auto Repair was able to take care it plus alignment. They did an amazing job and will continue to do business with them with any of my car needs. Thank you to Dave, Trevor, and any technicians who worked on my vehicle!

They were quick and communicative, I got my vehicle back the next day. They also ensured I knew exactly what needed fixing and even worked to make the repairs the cheapest possible.

Very professional experience. I am a woman of color and I didn't feel any different from anyone else which for me was a different experience. I received a detail list of what needed to be repaired. Trevor walked me through on each item, followed up to inform me how my repairs were going. This was by far… Read full review

These guys are so legit! I've been trying to find an auto shop with mechanics I can trust since I have a ton of anxiety about car repairs in general. Trevor and the team were awesome and helped me out every step of the way by explaining what needed fixed, what could wait, breaking down the cost, and being patient… Read full review

Very solid guys, Dave and his team are super knowledgeable experts. I have bought multiple sets of tires from them and I will again. They were able to get me on the road same day when everywhere else was multiple days out.

Very knowledgeable staff willing to do 4X4 jobs other garages won't.

They've always been very communicative and transparent with all the work I've had done. Highly recommend.

A friend suggested I get my car repaired here when I had an emergency and I was impressed. Fair price, perfect repair and a fast turnaround--even though they seem to be on the super busy side. A couple years/repairs later, I am even more blown away. The consistency and commitment here has got to be the best in the… Read full review

A great experience with everyone at Ace. I will be back.

They are totally professional, love that they send a diagnostic breakdown by email highlighting what should be a priority! They are the best!

Been coming here a couple of years and the work is good and the pricing clear. They have a system where they do an inspection and send photos which is good for catching things that need doing.

After a minor accident, our car needed suspension, tire and wheel repair. Trevor was our contact person, who provided us with timely and accurate information on the status of the car and timing of insurance evaluation. All work was done to a high standard. We are very happy with the process at Ace.

Fast and professional. Super reliable and can’t beat the prices.

Our go to mechanic to service our older (but nice) vehicles. Great service, communication, and more. Front office staff is top notch. They all seem to really care about the quality of their service, setting expectations, and more. We'll keep coming back.

These guys are very thorough. My experience was great! I will continue to come back here for all my mechanical needs that will arise in the future. Thank you Ace!
