I got a flat tire on the express lanes in Seattle and got off at the exit and found ace repair. Bunch of good guys who were polite and took care of my tire.

Had a clunk noise from front suspension that 3 other shops could not identify. ACE found some loose brake pads and front tires that needed rebalancing. Car drives much better now. Cost was reasonable and service completed fast. Would recommend ACE.

Splendid service! They were able to get my tire fixed in less than half an hour on a Friday afternoon, so I didn't have to drop it off and get it after the weekend. Part of that is luck, that they had the tire on hand, but it shows a commitment to customer service that they recognized an opportunity to be more helpful, and followed through. Outstanding!!

We always take our car into Ace. They communicate really clearly the work that needs to be done and give breakdowns for all of it. It’s perfect for someone like me who doesn’t know cars! I can trust that they are honest with me and that they do good work.

Very straight forward shop - which is appreciated! There are loads of shop choices in the Seattle area. I got the recommendation for Ace from a friend, and I’m glad I decided on them. The tire ordering process was online and easy, calling the shop to confirm my appointment was easy, and getting the work done was a breeze.

They were able to squeeze me in for a same day flat repair. They gave me a full diagnostic and alerted me to a safety concern and I appreciated how thorough they were. Service was good, parking was awful. Overall a pleasant experience and I would recommend to a friend.

I came in without an appointment to drop off a flat tire and Ace was able to patch it and put it back on my car the same day. The guys I met were kind and straightforward. They let me know the time frame they’d be able to get to complete it and delivered. They even followed up afterward to make sure their work held up. What more can you ask for?

Very solid guys, Dave and his team are super knowledgeable experts. I have bought multiple sets of tires from them and I will again. They were able to get me on the road same day when everywhere else was multiple days out.

Ace was super professional when I went looking for a place to mount 4 tires I had purchased online. Other shops were either telling me they couldn't get to my car for a week or refusing to do the work since I didn't buy my tires there. The customer service was great.

Dave, Nate and the rest of the team were very professional and knowledgeable. They helped diagnose my engine problems, and I loved the setup they have where they send out a detailed report of all the problems they find and don't make you commit to any fixes before diagnosing the problem. Been coming here a couple of years and the work is good and the pricing clear. They have a system where they do an inspection and send photos which is good for catching things that need doing.

They assessed my flat tire to see if it was reparable, and when they found that it wasn’t, they found me replacements and were able to change and rotate my tires in a very efficient manner. I’ve used Ace two times now and had great experiences with both. One for a tire change and another for oil change. Always friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable and able to communicate clearly on the needs of the vehicle. Timely as well! Friends have also used them and had similar experiences. I’ve never felt scammed or overcharged and that means a lot.

These guys are great! I discovered a leaking tire late in the evening, and needed it fixed so I could go skiing in the morning. I left a message, they called me back first thing in the morning, and actually got me in before they technically opened. Ski day saved!

Why would anyone go anywhere else? We got tires from them and they were able to fix a flat quick and easy when we ran over a nail. Will return upon the next disaster.
