Ace Moving completely saved us when we had to haul three massive oak desks out of our Cupertino office space at the last minute. The team just showed up, quickly disassembled the awkward pieces, and had my whole workspace put back together in Sunnyvale before lunch.
We lived on a third-floor walk-up out in Evergreen, and these guys literally sprinted up and down the stairs with our heavy book boxes all morning. Ace Moving charged exactly what they originally quoted us, and they didn't even leave a scuff mark on the walls of our new Santa Clara place.
I really thought our massive L-shaped couch was going to get stuck in the doorway of our Willow Glen apartment, but the Ace Moving guys angled it out like it was nothing. They drove it over to Campbell and had it set up in the new living room before we even finished our coffee.
trying to figure out where all our heavy bedroom stuff went in the new place was giving me a headache, but they just asked where we wanted it and set everything up straight. gave us a solid fist bump on the way out and honestly worth every single cent—would hire them again in a heartbeat.
The guys unloading our truck in the Japantown neighborhood were fantastic. They worked hard, stayed organized, and put every box exactly where it belonged. Awesome service!
We just finished unpacking our place in San Jose. The delivery guys were awesome and hauled the heavy couches inside without any trouble. Huge thanks to them.

Thank god we hired Ace Moving to deal with our ridiculously heavy washer and dryer, because my husband and I would have definitely dropped them trying to get out of downtown San Jose. They maneuvered them out of our cramped loft and dropped them right off at our new spot in Milpitas without complaining once.

Trusting strangers with my grandfather's vintage clock had my stomach in knots, but Ace Moving treated it with insane amounts of respect. They wrapped the glass so securely for the drive from Almaden down to Los Gatos, and the whole crew was just incredibly nice to work with.

parking a giant rig on stevens creek blvd during peak traffic is a nightmare simulator, but our driver backed it into a tiny curb spot like it was a honda civic. total pros, didn't leave a single piece of stray tape behind either, just pure excellence.
Our garage was an absolute warzone of random plastic tubs and heavy gear, and i figured it would take us all weekend. they packed that truck tighter than a game of tetris and were completely done before i even had time to think about lunch, Seriously top tier service.
Thought our oversized sectional was going to get wedged permanently in that narrow santana row hallway, but these dudes just laughed, twisted it sideways like absolute wizards, and didn't scrape a single inch of paint off the wall. couldn't have asked for a better crew.
