Ace has been a wonderful company to work with. They show up to scheduled appointments on time and complete their work in a timely manner. Their follow up reports are precise and easy to understand.

Spraying outside for ants ect Preventive maintenance

I read some great reviews online and decided to call. Was able to get Angel out to the house within an hour. He explained everything very well. Had a tech out the very next day (Coby). He was awesome. Relatable and knowledgeable as well. Ace was great from start to finish.

I have been using Ace Pest for many years and have been extremely happy. They spray outside the house every 3 months. They always ask if I am having any problems. If I see any ants inside the house, which is rare, I call Ace Pest and John is there immediately to take care of the problem. Sincerely, Pat

I have had Ace service both my houses in Port Charlotte and they do amazing job. They spray the perimeter of my home and inside of my lanai. They also ask if I have any concerns or see any kind of bugs. They will come out in between services if I see any bugs. Great service :)

They are reasonable with price. They always show up when they are scheduled and I always get a reminder call when they are coming. I’ve had several ant problems and they come out the next day.

Technician was respectful, professional. Technician provided excellent recommendations to remove vegetation that was touching the house (to prevent insects from traveling from the leaves to the house) and to add drain pipes to carry water away from the house (to prevent insects from seeking water against the house).

Polite, caring staff in all areas. They make sure you have no issues and if you have pests they explain what needs to be done. Follow ups to ensure all is well.

We were new to the Northport area and had a very bad case of fire ants all over our yard. We called Ace, they came out for free estimate and we liked what we heard. We actually ended up getting the pest control package and Termite protection. If you want a good company with great people, excellent skills, and good prices, I suggest you call Ace.

The staff is very professional and they are always on time for our appointments .

Ace Pest Management is always prompt and professional. When I have needed follow ups due to an ant or other pest problem, they get here quickly and always contact me to make sure the issue is resolved. Pest services in SW Florida tend to pricey, but Ace is very reasonable for the quality service they provide.

We use Ace Pest Management once a quarter to ensure that we do not have issues with any insect/rodent problem. We have been a customer of Ace for several years and are very pleased with their service. When moving into a new home, there was a huge ant issue and Kobe made sure that he treated the house until the issue was resolved. We are very happy with the company, its employees and its services.

They worked around our schedule and were courteous and professional.

We had ant issues in our home. Called Ace and the tech they sent was so professional and very informative. He address the issues and it wasn’t even 24 hrs we noticed the ants were gone. We signed a year service contract with them. A very smart decision. Call them if you need exterminator. I guarantee you the bugs will be gone. Top notch Company!!

They were very professional and both Angel and Coby have been wonderful. We have had several issues after purchasing our new home here in Florida and Angel pretty much has come to our rescue. We love that they are local and actually know you by name when they come to do pest treatments.

Bill is awesome and the tech John is very thorough. They always call to schedule the service and follow up with a phone call if an extra service is needed or requested and done to MY satisfaction.

Dale has been coming here for three years for insect prevention, he always wears footies and does a great job. He is very thorough and thoughtful.

Ace Pest Management does a great job of communicating about how and when they will be spraying. They are always available to come out and reapply if I see any bugs getting into the house. Now that we have been on a schedule we are not seeing bugs and spiders in the home.

They were here for awhile and did a great job, the inspection and ground penetration to prevent termites, we do not have termites but it is florida , we decided it would be a good thing to do, very happy with their work. I recommend them highly, Laura Aughinbaugh
