They quoted 1.5 hours for inspection and the inspector stayed 2.5 to ensure a good thorough inspection of the home. I was not expecting the amount of detail that the inspector went through to complete the home and over all I was very satisfied!
We worked with Jeff Donaldson who was excellent. We valued and appreciated his thorough inspection. He took the time to speak to us regarding his findings after the inspection as well, which was great. The report was emailed the following morning, which was also great. Jeff's expertise and experience is highly valued and we highly recommend!!
Zach was extremely professional and detailed. Even though the home we are buying is newer construction, he still used a great level of detail to inspect the entire home. He provided his recommendations in a very timely manner and communicated everything to us in a very clear manner.
