I have used Ace Preferred Inspections on 3 different properties and I appreciate David Shepard's professionalism and attention to detail. His level of work is as to be expected out of this fantastic company/organization. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of a home inspection as an owner-occupied buyer or as a real estate investor.
