We had Jesse do our home inspection. He was thorough, polite and very patient with us as we asked questions and walked through the process with him. Highly recommend.
I wrote the review below immediately after he finished the inspection. Once I received the report it was a different story. All sorts of serious structural things were noted that were never mentioned to me by him verbally during the inspection when he was finished. I had to hire a structural engineer and other…
Great job Chris and team! Ask for Jennifer when scheduling.
The inspector was very thorough during the inspection and did a good job explaining his findings after the inspection was completed.
Very professional and precise, and has great communication!
They were good, however they wanted to charge us 80-120$ for a price estimate where a lot of companies do it for free. We ended up going with someone else for that for obviously no charge.
Zach Donaldson with ACE completed the inspection on a slightly older home I was purchasing. He was prompt, professional, and very thorough doing his inspection. His detailed report was available & emailed to me the next morning. I would recommend him to anyone!
As a real estate professional, I have worked closely with ACE Preferred Inspections many times. The inspectors are on-time, professional, and knowledgeable. I recommend all of their inspections services
Ace is the place! I would not think of going elsewhere. We reached out to Jeff to inspect a house we have under contract. He can earlier than expected and did a great job. He is a true gentleman. We had our report back the same day as the inspection! He found many things in the house we were unaware existed. To buy…
This company is top-notch from all angles. Our agent put us in touch with them and from the first contact, they were kind and professional. Zach performed the inspection and was very thorough, careful, and clear in his explanations. The report was exceptional, with pictures to go along with the narrative. I…
The inspections were done prompt and on time. Everybody involved with the inspection was courteous and took the time to explain everything that took place during the inspection. Overall satisfied with the whole process.
ACE Preferred Inspections is the ONLY company I will use from here on out. Their technician, Adam was nothing less than PHENOMENAL. He was courtesy, friendly, responsive, patient, thorough, and extremely professional. He took his time to explain his findings in detail and had the formal report to us in less than 8…
