I've had a contract with Active for 2 years. If I have an issue, they come right out and take care of it. The technician is so nice and friendly (he even brought.y empty trash cans up from the road!). I think it's kind of expensive each month, but the service is great so I pay it.

2000.00 dollars later and they were still crawling. Had to get rid of furniture. Called bac before getting rid of the furniture and could not get anyone to return my call. I told the receptionist what the problem was and I’m guessing that’s why they never called me back.

These guys have been great. Mark has come out several times to inspect window seals before I put new windows in. Matt our technician does a fantastic job spraying each month to prevent bugs. We never see any live bugs in house! Thanks guys!
