Active personnel didn’t give any information after he was finished. I expected some type of feedback.
We love the gentleman, Greg, who comes and sprays for insects at our home! He is always very polite and goes above and beyond. Greg is consistently helpful, adjusting for our specific needs, practices great communication, and is thorough in his work. We haven’t had any problems since Greg started servicing our yard for pests.
I cancelled our service in June because we were moving. It didn’t cancel. I then emailed them in July to cancel and received an email stating they would initiate that on my behalf. I got charged again!! When I called, they informed they would take care of it and I was transferred to the cancellation department. She…
I have been using Active Pest Control for 10++ years and have never received less than excellent effective service. I live in a pine grove where pests can present a challenge but using Active Pest Control has allowed me to have a pest free home through all seasons. On the rare occasion when I had outdoor issues like…

Service is good; however; they can’t seem to get their billing dept (invoice) sent out to me on a 3 month cycle so I can be reminded to pay them quarterly. I’ve called their office several times in the past to verify my mailing and email address; however I still can’t get a invoice notice sent to me.
Eric Roberts is THE MAN! He was very professional, thorough, and honest with his inspection. Explained everything in great detail and answered any and all questions. Treated our home with care as if he was inspecting his own home. Look no further...Highly recommend! Give them a call today.
I've had a contract with Active for 2 years. If I have an issue, they come right out and take care of it. The technician is so nice and friendly (he even brought.y empty trash cans up from the road!). I think it's kind of expensive each month, but the service is great so I pay it.
These guys have been great. Mark has come out several times to inspect window seals before I put new windows in. Matt our technician does a fantastic job spraying each month to prevent bugs. We never see any live bugs in house! Thanks guys!
Very efficient and professional. Great customer service.
