Stay far away from this company. Call Northwest Exterminating or anyone else! I was quoted $99 to start and $56/month for two rental properties and sent an agreement to sign. After they visited both properties, I was told they had “undersold” the service and could not treat the homes at the agreed upon rate. I have…

I've had a contract with Active for 2 years. If I have an issue, they come right out and take care of it. The technician is so nice and friendly (he even brought.y empty trash cans up from the road!). I think it's kind of expensive each month, but the service is great so I pay it.
Very warm, polite and courteous technician! He took his time to explain the services I got today and the process. Great Job!!
Great job always! Chris is very thorough every time.
2000.00 dollars later and they were still crawling. Had to get rid of furniture. Called bac before getting rid of the furniture and could not get anyone to return my call. I told the receptionist what the problem was and I’m guessing that’s why they never called me back.
Truly personal care with quality and professionalism.
