I’ve been with Active for 6 years now, and I’ve been pleased. When I’ve had issues, they have always made it right. If necessary, they come back and spray a second time. I’ve been pleased with their customer service. Robert is my current technician and he always calls or texts to let me know he is on his way.…

Mike was very professional and quick to respond
I've had a contract with Active for 2 years. If I have an issue, they come right out and take care of it. The technician is so nice and friendly (he even brought.y empty trash cans up from the road!). I think it's kind of expensive each month, but the service is great so I pay it.
Always on time, goes the extra miles, when treating my house.
These guys have been great. Mark has come out several times to inspect window seals before I put new windows in. Matt our technician does a fantastic job spraying each month to prevent bugs. We never see any live bugs in house! Thanks guys!
Very efficient and professional. Great customer service.
Matt is amazingly professional and educated. I’m confident the right person is on the job. Highly recommended! 5 star service every time.

Great customer service.
Active has been great! The guy who comes and sprays is really nice and very helpful if he does see something. He goes out of his way to make sure our house is pest free and we understand everything!
When we bought our house there had been repairs done due to termites. The previous owner didn't continue service with their pest control Co & termites returned. I had already contacted w/Active Pest Control for monthly services for general Pest control & fire ants because we saw ant mounds when we looked at the…
Very professional and always comes out as promised. I recommend using there services
They were very helpful and informative. My monthly inspector always makes me feel like he cares about whatever my issue is and if he feels like it's not his area of expertise he finds the solution. Plus I love that I don't have to worry about what they are spraying on my lawn and around my home with all my little ones.
