Jason was sent out to look at my dishwasher. The water was just turned off on it and the line was clogged into the disposal. He cleaned it, reset it and tested it. All was good. Very fast and friendly service!

On time quickly figuring out what was wrong with my dishwasher. Repair cost for pump replacement was as much as a new washer. Declined repair. In and done in 20 minutes. Arron was neat organized and pleasant.

Axel was professional and genuinely honest about the repair cost vs the age of the dishwasher. The latest version of the dishwasher was on sale for President’s Day 40% off which was close to the repair cost. I appreciated his honesty and, his help ordering a new dishwasher. I will use Adam’s Appliance repair again when needed.

Seth came out and worked on two problems. One turned out to be a clogged dishwasher drainline and the second was a microswitch part needed on the refrigerator. The clog was fixed within minutes. Joseph came to fix my dishwasher and ice maker on my fridge. He was very professional and helpful and got what I needed fixed.

Caleb was prompt, professional and friendly. He identified what was wrong with our Bosch dishwasher and quoted a reasonable price to fix it. Since this machine has never worked properly we decided to replace it. We hope we won’t need another visit from an appliance repair professional but if we do we will call Adam’s again.

Caleb was very professional and thorough. Figured out what was wrong with the dishwasher and fixed it. Appreciate the work he did. I was notified 30 minutes before his arrival and was given a time frame that was satisfactory.
