Axel with Adam's Appliance Repair sent me a text 45 minutes prior to arriving and he was efficient in servicing the oven and he was very informative about what he was doing. I appreciate the communication.
Seth did a spectacular job! He listened to my concerns and issues and explained every step of his inspection and assessment. He was very knowledgeable about the 20 year old stove and I was very confident in the information he provided. On top of that, he was very courteous. It was a pure pleasure to work with him.

I was impressed from the beginning. From making the appointment to the service call itself. Axel did a great job replacing an igniter in my gas oven. The diagnostic fee was applied to the total charge. I would use this company again.
