I had an excellent experience with this company. I was having a repair emergency (long story), and they sent someone out within a few hours. Josh was extremely professional--he confirmed the issue, and explained it to me thoroughly. I highly recommend, and will call them again when I need help.

Axel was prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Explained our options and answered our questions. Would recommend.

Axel did a great job fixing our refrigerator he was on time and completed the task and left the frig as he found it He also put up with my French bulldogs I will use them again if necessary

I was thinking about replacing my Frigidaire icemaker, but after testing it Aaron explained that the frozen icemaker line was a result of design error in the refrigerator and that replacing the icemaker wouldn't fix the problem. He steamed the water line where it was frozen and got the icemaker working again.

We had an exceptional service technician out today for an issue with our refrigerator. This was our second experience with Adam’s and we are extremely satisfied. Thanks Roney for your excellent customer service and integrity. It was nice meeting you and your college. Look forward to your return visit replacing the seal on our freezer.

I’ve used them before and this time I was a little concerned with the service provided at the diagnosis, but after speaking with the office manager, she was able to adequately address my concerns and personally handled my repair to ensure everything was well communicated to me so I could make an informed decision.

Aaron is the man! Very professional, felt safe with him in my home, and stayed late to finish the job.

My freezer stopped cooling well and Roney came out to fix it. He tracked down the craziest issue and just the fact he was able to find it was amazing! Sooo thankful he took the time to really dig in and find the issue and not just throw parts at it. Thank you!
