After Adam's having a couple of issues with the correct parts being ordered (not their fault), Roney gave me a very generous credit for the scheduling…

Our technician, Aaron, was professional and personable. He worked efficiently and diagnosed our issues quickly. He explained everything in understandable language. This was my first experience with Adams Appliance Repair and I will definitely use them again, if needed.

The guys were polite & figured out the gas smell problem quickly, the door was not closing completely. Slightly adjusted the wire rack. It seems to be closing fine now. I haven't used it yet but will let you know if any problem. The guys did not charge me the $125 service charge!! That made my day! Thank you again!
