Doug and Jason wonderful wonderful job complete on a Saturday worth every cent. They went above and beyond.
Matt and Doug from Addario’s Services were absolutely fantastic! They came out after hours to fix a toilet during an emergency, and I couldn’t be more appreciative of their quick response, professionalism, and excellent work. They went above and beyond when we needed help the most. Highly Recommend Matt, Doug, and…
James and Jason were amazing. i am so happy with my new washer hook up and new pipes I could fly.
Professional, polite, kind to my dog. Changed a leaky outside spigot to a new frost free one. I am not totally sure if it will fix the entire issue but it was leaking in the off position and needed the upgrade. Matt was very thorough.
If you are a woman, DO NOT have this company show up alone. I just had two men try to shake me down over a $59 visit fee, it had been waived on the phone when booking appointment, After they looked at the job, asked again for the fee to give a quote, I said i wasn't paying a fee didnt need the quote, They then asked…
Addario's has been our choice of contractor for the past two decades, and the latest experience was as positive as always.
Provided emergency sump pump repair and did a great job.
Luiz was great. Very friendly, super helpful, did a great job and went beyond to diagnose the problem, find the leak and create a plan to fix it. He was professional and also communicated every step of the way what he was doing and why. Thanks.
Reginald and Robert were fantastic. They put up with our 120 lbs Labrador and were very friendly and professional. We called Addario for an emergency with our hot water and leaking faucet. They replied quickly and were at our house right when they said they would that day. Reginald assessed the issue, told us what…
During the blizzard, a leak was detected in our bedroom baseboard heating system. Having previous work completed by Addario's, I sent a text to Joe Addario requesting assistance. He immediately texted back that the Addario's Team was on it and I would be contacted asap. I then received an email from Management…
When I finally got a technician or an actual person, not their AI crap of texting and making imaginary appointments, he was great. But the 5 hours of waiting, and having pseudo appointment on my calendar, and trying to talk to a "representative" in the Philippines (with a rooster crowing in the background, mind…
I am very pleased with your service. Ed and Rob were determined to get my water going. Frozen pipe was a stickler to reach . Whatever he did worked and I'm very happy. I'll be using you in the future. Thanks again
Ed and Rob provided excellent service.
I had an urgent plumbing issue with a leaking shower valve and Addario’s Plumbing was able to come out the same day, which I truly appreciated, especially being so close to the holiday. Reggie did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and working carefully with older plumbing. He replaced the entire valve and…

A pair of plumbers worked to do the final plumbing work and the hookup of the side spigot. The plumbing work was done quickly. The final masonry work was then done to finish the job. Excellent work.
Luiz came on a busy Holiday Weekend to fix a broken spigot. I was in need of someone quickly. Luiz was here in a timely manner, called to let me know when he was coming. He was friendly and professional. Did the work quickly and clean up after himself.
Done fast and ready to use
Super responsive, professional and very helpful. They were straight forward and up front about everything that needed to be done and they didn't try to add on a bunch of stuff to jack up the price like others have done for similar home services
Called last minute and was lucky enough to get guys to come out the same day to fix a leaky shut-off valve and help me pull out the dishwasher, which is needed for the haul away. Prior to that, it was empty buckets every hour or shut off all the waters in the house. They were reasonable, knew their stuff, did nice…
I can't say enough good things about Addario's. They have amazing customer service, always professional, excellent with keeping us informed of progress. Can not go wrong with using their services.
As a business owner myself, I feel obligated to publicly recognize other companies exhibiting great services and stellar employees. Well, my recent experience with Addario’s Services definitely fits those criteria. I called Addario’s with a rather urgent repair request for a leaking drain stack on one side of my…
We have used Addario's Services for plumbing and A/C repairs, and they're subcontracted electrician for electrical upgrades (outlet and fixture installation, panel and service upgrade) and have had nothing but positive experiences. Customer service is professional, kind, and highly effective. Their crews operate in…
Very professional and very good work
Did a great job replacing our very corroded shower mixer so I called them to get a quote on dish washer, 2 sinks and washing machine installation.
Had a leak on my steam heating system. They came out quick and were very thorough with the job, fixed the leak with high quality work. Booking was painless and they were great a communicating when they would be coming and when they were on their way. Would definitely use them again
They were very straight forward and helpful with the issue going on in both my showers. Gave me tips for next steps for one of them, which worked just a few hours later. Also gave me tips with pipe work down in the basement. Waiting for a part to come in for my other one but again, very good service and helping…
They were quick and professional.
Joe and Ali are very professional, timely, efficient, and kind. Thank you! 5 stars
Juan, your technician was kind curious Yes he was efficient, and explained everythiing perfectly. Great. Job. Thank you.
A pipe was burst, so I called them up to ask someone to come in to check for problems and estimate for repair, they told me $149, so I have them came in to find out where are the leaks and which pipes are burst, the guy came in and just took some pictures and told me he doesn't know where are the leaks, and in order…
Replaced outdoor spigots with ball valves. Replaced inside shutoffs with ball valves. Installed backflow preventer on irrigation system. Great quality and service, but pricey.
Very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and they fixed a problem that was ongoing for a long time. I will definitely be using them again.
The guys were on-time, understood exactly what I needed, and got the job done quick and clean. I highly recommend them.
