James and Jason from Adarios did a great and clean jobs on HVAC System repair and maintenance and dryer vent installation and gave us all the information and answered all our questions clearly. Thank you
Brenden is the best tech I have ever had. Very respectful and very diligent with his work. Explains everything in full detail and very professional. We love Brenden and will have him back if there is another issue. HE DESERVES A HUGE RAISE!!
Very organized installation of the split system mini AC
We had a ductless A/C heat system cleaned. Excellent work by an expert team. I highly recommend Addarios.
Adario's did a solid, professional job replacing our broken down HVAC. After working hard for three days last week, including Saturday, they came on Sunday and finished up. Overall, they put in a great deal of work in a short period. It is so much more comfortable to be in our house now with the AC taking out the heat and humidity.
Had a great experience with the team. They came timely and did a thorough inspection and gave me options to go with for my hvac maintenance and did a thorough job. Will definitely come back and recommend for any hvac and plumbing needs.
Fast, friendly, efficient, and on time. Thanks.
Addario's has been our choice of contractor for the past two decades, and the latest experience was as positive as always.
Brandon was very personable and helpful. Took the time to show and explain everything. He was also very thorough and did his job well.
Both technicians were very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. We are happy with the work performed and the system is in now safe and in good maintenance status.
Do NOT use this service I had a HVAC issue with heating during the peak of winter. Called Addario. Big mistake. They came, reviewed, assessed, estimated a large invoice for fixing the issue. Several thousands of dollars. They immediately demanded payment which was provided. After receiving the payment, they…
Brendan did an excellent job. He was very professional and worked expeditiously. He reassured me that my old system was in good working condition. He even showed me pictures of how the system works. This is his 2nd time at my home. It feels good to know that I can rely on Addario to keep my system working at peak performance despite its age.
Addario solicited me with triple play deal to check heating, cooling, and hot water systems for $99, no brainer, I took the offer. It worked out great! Tech who came over was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to and once done he came and gave us his reports. He indicated our systems…
Brendan was outstanding. On time, courteous an knowledgeable
Ed was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing while checking for gas and co2 leaks. Would highly recommend Addario’s and Ed!
Contacted me with a promotional $99.99 "triple service check" (boiler, a.c., water heater). When the technicians came they told me it would actually be $1500 to do any kind of service and that the $100 bucks I had to cough up was just for them to "check," i.e. just freaking LOOK at my equipment. Straight up con artists!
Knowledgeable technicians.
Gerald was great! Very professional and respectful.
We love the Technician that has come to our house to service our system. He is informative, thorough and professional.
Outstanding service, quality and responsiveness! Highly recommend Addario's Services!!!
Was able to answer all my questions
We’ve been using Addarios for about 4 years. We were impressed with the size of their fleet of clean vans and large number of technicians, most of them specialists in one area of service or another. We’ve had particularly good results with Cameron. He seems most familiar with our system understands what we want it…
EDIT: Updated to 3 stars from 1. Joe Addario reached out after my review and sent a team who fixed the heat pump/furnace firing simultaneously and restored heat pump functionality. However, the furnace still hits the high limit switch even when 64°, and we now have a 20° temperature difference between floors that…
Brandon explained what was going on and proceeded to make the necessary adjustments to our liking.
Easy communication (except Bella, the automated system). Too awkward to interact with.
I have had Addario install my central AC as well as provide service on my gas furnace. They have been thorough in explaining what was needed, what was done, and have always kept to the schedule, calling ahead of time and letting me know when to expect them. You can rely on them to get the job done in a professional manner.
Go above and beyond,
The tech Reginald was great. He explained everything clearly and concisely and was very friendly as well. Highly recommended!
Baseline annual service check Didn’t check or change filters. Didn’t check outdoor condensers or vacuum either systems.
Brendan was able to diagnose and fix problem quickly. he explained the problem to me, did an inspection of all units and gave the good news that everything was fine. he is competent and knowledge
Our repairman Brendan was so knowledgeable and competent plus being a super nice guy. We were very happy with the results.
I contacted Addario's Services to get a cost estimate for replacing my central air conditioning. The sales representative they sent, Matthew Goldney, couldn't have been more professional or responsive to my needs. He took the time to evaluate "deficiencies" identified by a technician from another company and…
Very satisfied with inspection and Excellent customer service
The guys were professional and did a great job. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.
I am taking the time from a very stressful day during rush-hour traffic. To tell you about my service technician today. His name was Luis He came today, September 9 Tuesday. I could not be home when he came and he was very punctual and we spoke about whatever he finds. He will explain to me by telephone so I would…
Excellent. Very professional. Explained all the options. Work was excellent.
Excellant communication and very thorough in his overall presentation 👏
Exxcellent
Very professional and knowledgeable. Big props to Duane⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dan explained the issue the best compared to others
As usual the technicians was on time, personable and efficient. Did the ac inspection and gave an overview. We are good for another summer🤗
Addarios replaced filters in two furnaces, one of them long untended, requiring an unusual and hard-to find item. They also diagnosed dust-blocked ducts, and and thus offer a way out of a challenging shortage of heat in one particular room. The repairman was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.
John, Chris, and Piero spent the day installing our new AC system in a good and workman like manner. They were professional, courteous, friendly and dedicated to their tasks as was their supervisor , Cam, who arrived to help complete the job. A great team!
I had 2 heating units installed. The first installation was flawless. The second installation was sloppy. I had to have them come back out multiple times to complete the job. Between the leaky pipes, unattached duct work to no heat on a brand new heating system. I was on the phone with office staff about my…
Excellent service! And In just 1 day! Thank you so much! 👍👍👍
Fix the problem Cameron is the best
I recently had to replace my heat/pump and air carrier. I called addarios who came out the same day to provide an estimate . Anthony was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to our needs . Everyone we worked with from the office staff to technicians who came to our home were responsive and helpful. Nowadays…
Finding an HVAC company you trust isn’t easy. But I’ve had several visits now by Addario’s and I can say they’ve earned my trust—and then some. Always great service by good people. (Special shout-out to Ron, who was awesome with a challenging AC job.) Highly recommended!
Very nice
Addario’s has a bad customer service. They change my schedule three times so far. This company always rescheduling their appointments and not on time for it. Their don’t even bother to communicate with the customer so they running late. Do not believe them when they say. They’ll be here.
Had my Heat-Pump System checkup for the Family Protection Plan and it was easy as can be. Out technician ran diagnostic checks on all the equipment, made a slight adjustment and we are good to go for the AC season.
Addarios installed a new propane boiler for me. Throughout the process, they have been highly professional and responsive when startup problems surfaced.
Ann is the greatest help. She makes things happen. All the professional that did the work were great also. Thanks for everything ,your life long customer
Good job done on replacing the entire HVAC system done professionally and on time.
Excellent service
All my interactions with Addario’s have been excellent. We are very pleased with our new system!

Exceptional service from the first phone call to schedule maintenance. Everyone was polite, professional and personable. Anthony, the technician, was amazing. Explained everything in detail and made sure I knew what to look for if a problem should develop. Highly recommend Addario's, Thank you!!
Hi - My technician was late , then he took off a boiler part that was working perfectly fine, said it needed to be replaced, attempted to charge me $700 , and then took the part, leaving us with a boiler that doesn’t work. We actually went backwards today. I will tell everyone I know NOT to hire or trust Addarios with anything in your house.
Jay Williams was very knowledgeable and respectful. He explained what was in good condition and what would need maintenance in the near future. He was a pleasure to work with.
Nick came and worked on our unit all day to find out why the system would not cool the house. He is a very competent, pleasant young man that understands the equipment. Our A/C is running like a charm!
Excellent service and response time, high quality work
Addario’s technician did a great job. I scheduled the appointment two weeks in advance. The service tech called ahead and showed up on time 8 a.m on a Saturday morning. The issue turned out to be not as serious as I thought. He fixed the issue and did not charge me for something I did not need . I appreciate the help.
On time, pleasant, figured out the problem, gave good advice
We called Addario’s for emergency Air Conditioning service for our condo in Watertown. Addario’s was booked up for three days, but got us a late/after hours appointment the day we called. We live out of the country and rent out our condo. Addario’s worked with our building superintendent and our tenants to…
I have used Addario's for a few different things over the years, and at all times have they been great. They remodeled our shower to get rid of a badly seated bath fitter type thing (still looks great four years later). Nobody else would even give us a quote on that work, and they completed it on time and budget.…
Nick Addario and Andronne installed a new condenser and chiller unit in the 2nd floor hvac system. They were on-time, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, neat, and professional. Another reason why I have a service contract with Addario’s Services.
VERY easy to deal with. No high pressure tactics. VERY knowledgeable techs.QUALITY PRODUCTS Used. If you need their services make sure you get a estimate from them also.I would use them again.
Super friendly tech. We have the family plan for maintenance. No charges. Just an inspection on the air and heat systems.
Addario's is great - they are professional and knowledgeable, were on time, and kept the house clean. Joan (Jo-ahn) worked on our systems and Karen at the office worked with him to take care of me when parts needed to be ordered and follow up scheduled. They took good care of us. And worked late too, to make it…
Great service today! Technician was on time, friendly, professional, and very thorough. He took his time to check our entire system, help troubleshoot some issues, and advise on how best to use the system this summer. Will definitely recommend to friends and use them again.
Brian Lewis performed a spring/HVAC inspection for us - he was excellent! Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He thoroughly explained everything he did and provided recommendations for future services. We've been Family Club Plan members for almost two years now, and have had nothing but good experiences…
My technician was quite good- he gave a great explanation of the tasks he planned to complete during his visit, along with why he had to complete those tasks. I got a better understanding of how my equipment works through those explanations, and he was patient in answering all my questions.
Excellent customer service over the phone, knowledgeable & experienced employees. Highly recommended. I'm a one happy customer here. Keep up with good job guys!
We’ve had about 6 interactions with the Addarios team, including AC fixes and installing a tankless hot water heater. Every single interaction has been fantastic. They’re attentive, thorough, and timely with all of their work. Our recent interactions with Cam, Darren, and Geo were absolutely wonderful. They will…
I have an aging natural gas powered forced hot water system that I've been struggling with over the past couple of years. Darren from Addario's came out on an inspection call and went through my entire system and pointed out all of the potential failure points and showed me all of the options to remediate them. He…
I have gone to Addario’s for several years for both maintenance and installation of my furnace and water heater. They were able to keep my older equipment running and provided competitive quotes for replacing both when the time came. Service has always been outstanding, professionals who know what they are doing…
Joe was knowledgeable and explained the systems very well.
