After having several technicians inspect the heating system at our business without being able to fix the problem, we contacted Andrew’s, and they provided excellent service. From the beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Most importantly, they were able to solve the issue that others…
Attention Home Owners! Do Not use this business!! I had a water valve code error. Got it install nothing works! Just paid for that job! Now it ls a O ring problem. That didnt work also now its a Control board issue! Paid for that also still nothing works! No heat and Hot water for over 18 days!! Over $2k spent in…
Service team was professional, knowledgable and courteous as always. Highly recommend them to others.
Addario's is my go to for all my plumbing needs. I've used them several times over the past few years and I'm always happy with the results.
James and Jason from Adarios did a great and clean jobs on HVAC System repair and maintenance and dryer vent installation and gave us all the information and answered all our questions clearly. Thank you
James reviewed my boiler and gave me an assessment. He was clear on the goals and the outcome. Easy to work with. Thanks.
I contacted Addario's Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical Services on a Sunday evening through social media after a newly installed indirect water heater left us without hot water. I was impressed by how responsive they were and was able to schedule a Monday morning appointment. The technicians arrived within…
I felt accompanied during, and informed of the whole process which was done promptly at a fair price.
Do not deal with this company!! Bad, overpriced advice about what needed to be done. Lost in a maze of AI and incompetence trying to cancel and be re-imbursed for service not needed. Horrible experience!!
Both anthony and his assistant were courteous at all times and worked to get the job done in the fastest but safest way. Five stars for these guys. Many thanks John Clark Boston.
Competent service and work. Found a leak that was hard to find!
They were great. Arrived on time, explained everything as they worked and fixed all the issues. I highly recommend Addarios.
Extraordinary!!!! Luiz is real craftsman. I was once told by a Benedictine philosopher that if someone wants to be happy in his/her job, 3 things are necessary: (1) You gotta love it (2) There has to be a need for it, and (3) You must be good at it. He's got all three. He turned a complicated problem into a fix with no problem. He's a keeper.
This experience required some advanced problem solving. We are really pleased with the diligence and thoroughness that the Addario team took to solve the issue!
Andy was so patient, thoughtful, persistent, thorough and kind, all on top of real competence! He redeemed some of our recent, less than satisfactory engagements with Addarios. If we can have him as our designated tech we are very likely to use Addarios in the future. Huge thanks to Andy!
During the blizzard, a leak was detected in our bedroom baseboard heating system. Having previous work completed by Addario's, I sent a text to Joe Addario requesting assistance. He immediately texted back that the Addario's Team was on it and I would be contacted asap. I then received an email from Management…
The Addario technician (Bernardo?) came when advised, quickly identified the problem, got the required part and within an hour of returning with the new part the problem was fixed. Condensation pump making noise.
We’ve been using Addarios for about 4 years. We were impressed with the size of their fleet of clean vans and large number of technicians, most of them specialists in one area of service or another. We’ve had particularly good results with Cameron. He seems most familiar with our system understands what we want it…
Too early to tell. Had to order a part. will see after it’s installed
Called Addario’s to have my heating system checked. Found out a piece was needed. Branden came out early to install the new piece. Heating system is now working great. Made sure every thing was fine before he left. Addario’s has a great team of technicians who always do a great job. I would recommend Addario’s for…
⭐ Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend This company feels like a scam. They charge a $99 “consultation fee” but do not actually come prepared to repair anything. The plumber who showed up was unable to open the machine or access the area needed to perform the work. No repair was done, no solution was offered, and…
Our technician was very thorough polite and personable. He was able to fix the problem and explain why there was an issue. He even helped me reset the thermostat schedule.
Very efficient work on furnace again. Very grateful.
Called for no heat. Gas boiler Service guys were polite, knowledgeable and big time sales , acknowledged it’s not a brand new system, but it has operated flawlessly for years. Needed a thermocoupling. Material cost $20. Total bill was $877.
Brendan did an outstanding job with our heating service. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on, and answered all our questions clearly. It’s rare to find a technician who combines technical skill with such great customer service. We felt confident…
EDIT: Updated to 3 stars from 1. Joe Addario reached out after my review and sent a team who fixed the heat pump/furnace firing simultaneously and restored heat pump functionality. However, the furnace still hits the high limit switch even when 64°, and we now have a 20° temperature difference between floors that…
Addario was outstanding. Did great work and was very personable! Highly recommended!!
Tech was awesome! Ran to another truck to get a part we needed and he got our heat back on!
Excellent service starting with my response to an email ad for a heating system check up before the winter. My boiler shuts off a lot and does not always "fire up". First I spoke to an ai bot but when I asked if it was human it said no and I said I would book online. I did book online, then got a follow up call from…
I unfortunately need to update this review with a report of MOST unsatisfactory behavior. One guy who works here (one of three "Steves" who works for the company), is smart, knowledgable, experienced, and dependable. The rest of the team that I encountered ... not so much. The first crew of 4 that came to install…
The technicians that were at my home were very polite. They made sure my system was functioning properly and also did a great job! I always recommend Addario’s to all
UPDATE: I hope you don’t need a refund! After the below took place, I received a call saying I would be refunded in 48 hours. Well, that didn’t happen. So yet another call. Debbie stated I could only speak to her when I asked it to be escalated. When I said I’d wait, she put me on hold and miraculously 3 mins…
Dave is great! He rapidly diagnosed the main issue with our heating system and fixed it, providing the most cost-effective solution in rapid fashion. We are grateful and very pleased.
Reginald was fantastic! Friendly and expert service
One day install. They walked me thru each step . Answered all my annoying questions. They were all very polite . Took two day due to minor line repairs in side the house. Boiler looks good. Im very happy with the work.
Reginald came to us on Christmas Eve morning because the boiler was alarmingly loud. He was incredibly patient, efficient, and quick! So quick that my mother-in-law remembered that her toilet wasn't refilling and he went up and fixed that right away too! I could not be happier with Reginald, and Addario's Plumbing. Recommend highly!
Reginald Great job in getting. It fixed
Excellent service! Jay was able to quickly locate the problem with our Buderus boiler and get it working again right away. The repair cost was minimal - only the service call charge. Jay gave me estimates for maintenance work we could choose to do in the future, but he didn't try to convince me to spend the money on…
My Empire Heater needed a replacement Thermopile. David arrived on schedule, and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the replacement part. When the part arrived, Kim dispatched two technicians. Brian and Kenny arrived on schedule. They were uniformed, friendly and efficient. These three guys are professionals…
Reginald was polite kind and courteous.. he showed me step by step what he was doing and trained me on how to raise or lower the heat/water temp.
Addarios is AWESOME! Dedicated, professional does a fantastic job!

Brandon the technician was great Was able to diagnose and fix my very very old furnace. Thank you Brandon
They were knowledgeable, fast and kind!
Professional and courteous. Fair prices.
Great service and a pleasure to work with.
Excellent service. Reginald quickly figured out the problem, purged that part of the heating system and replaced an old valve. He explained everything very clearly.
Anthony arrived well within the timeframe given to me. Addario‘s squeezed me in for an emergency repair before the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. My heat was not working. Anthony did extensive troubleshooting and was able to figure out what was wrong with my heat. He was very professional and courteous.
Reginald was helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly.
They do a great job and get the job done. On them as well. Someone put us in a bind, Addario’s Service came in and saved the day!!
Baseline annual service check Didn’t check or change filters. Didn’t check outdoor condensers or vacuum either systems.
Brendan was courteous, kind & knowledgable.
Reginald was great! Listened to our issues and plotted out practical steps for us. He was so helpful in making sure we understood what was going on.
Prompt and efficient service. Reginald was great.
Both Anthony and Reggie were the technicians that visited the house— they were both very professional and could not have been friendlier or more efficient. There was a question about the bill and Maria at the office resolved it quickly with zero hassle. Thank you for great service all around.
The two repair guy’s were on time and friendly! It was great getting an appointment right away!
I had a great experience with Steven and Shane. They were both knowledgeable and polite. They got my heating system running quickly, and serviced my hot water heater, as well. I was so impressed that I signed up for their annual family plan service on the spot. I found their pricing to be very reasonable and…
I am taking the time from a very stressful day during rush-hour traffic. To tell you about my service technician today. His name was Luis He came today, September 9 Tuesday. I could not be home when he came and he was very punctual and we spoke about whatever he finds. He will explain to me by telephone so I would…
Amazing service . Matt was so knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand . Would highly Recommend !
The gentleman who showed up, Branden, was extremely helpful and thorough. He provided me with everything I asked for and took the time check everything
I have been a client of Addario's for over two decade. They installed my tankless water heater, my first air con, my first heating. In each case they were professional on time and diligent. David, who came this time was lovely an laughed about the fact that he did a call just to tell me the switch was off. Thank you…
They are the very best! Quick response and attention to our problem. Always!!!
They have done much better in the last year. Thank you
Installation of a new Combi boiler needs two full working days, so our heating system could not work at the first night. When I told the technician Brian who was working on our heating system that the temperature would hit single at night, he went back immediately to the company to bring 4 electric heaters to help…
We had a malfunctioning radiator due to air pockets build up, Addario's service engineer was able to come on-site and investigate the root cause of the issue. They recommended the solution/fix for the issue, we accepted their quote and a week later the engineers came on site, they did a great job, very clean job…
They were consistently in touch with us on the day they were due to do the work as to their arrival time..The lead installer was very knowledgeable about the plumbng quality. I would definitely recommend Addarrios.
I can’t say enough good things about Addario’s from the minute I called to have someone come out because I had no heat. They are all very professional Sam the salesman came to my home the same day that I called, and he never pressured me into buying. My new furnace/hot water heater is being installed right now.…
Jeff and his helper Fisher came to install a part on our gas furnace that had been ordered. It was a very difficult and intricate repair but Jeff worked extremely hard to complete the job and got our furnace pilot installed and working. Addarios is a very responsive and dependable company. Would not hesitate to hire them again.
Called Addario’s to replace an inducer motor in a tenants heating system. Since this was a tenant, I needed the heat up and running as soon as possible. While the repair went smoothly, beware that this company overcharges for their work. $1,100 for about an hour worth of work, and after talking to many other HVAC…
If you are looking for a Quality and Professional Plumber at a Fair and good price, read this. I have used Addario Plumbing services for the last 6 year now and from the professional staff personal in the office who help answer any questions and help schedule appointments are so wonderful, and the service…
No Heat. Jose did a geat job.
I had a service appointment for which I was required to put down a large deposit. They never showed up and told me that I would receive a refund. After two weeks, no refund and the operator will not transfer me to a manager. DO NOT USE.
Had a leak on my steam heating system. They came out quick and were very thorough with the job, fixed the leak with high quality work. Booking was painless and they were great a communicating when they would be coming and when they were on their way. Would definitely use them again
Came out during -15 temps the same day as the call. I honestly didn’t expect to see anyone for days considering how many people were without heat. The techs showed up in the time frame given and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. Showed me the issue and how to fix it if it ever happens again and showed me how to change the filter
Woke up to no heat.. they showed up within hours- Anthony helped to get the heat back on but was honest about the situation and took the time to show me the issues as to why the best option was to replace and not spend $3k to fix, had the advisor Joe come within the hour to look at replacement options and…
I called because my heating system was not functioning. They came out within 24 hours and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. Their communication with me throughout the experience was excellent on the phone, via text, and in person. I will use their services again as needed.
easy booking, good service, friendly technicians what more could you want.
Andrew was very professional and did very well explaining his work.
I have been a customer since 2019. They are very organized and are extremely efficient. The workmen are very professional and knowledgeable. They pay attentions to details and are able to resolve the problem , so the situation is fixed correctly. I want to thank the team of Brian and Eric for their perseverance…
Cameron got my AC system working & topped up in May 2022. During fall 2022 , the 13-yr-old gas furnace failed but I thought (incorrectly) that the heat failure was due to a thermostat problem). Duane determined that the gas furnace's computer board & gas valve needed replacement & offered space heaters from…
The install a few years ago was seamless. Their service all along has been attentive and timely. Most recently The gentlemen that came to do a heater repair were honest and fair and were able to answer all the questions I had as well as helping me to save some money on my upgrades.
Jay showed up on time and was very helpful.
Addarios has gone above and beyond for me so many times. I have an old house that has needed a lot of emergency work in the last year, and this company is very busy but they always find a way to get someone out to me. Marc has shown up on short notice on the weekends with space heaters and portable air conditioners…
They came over weekend and we had heat but someone clicked 2 circuit breakers off so 2 back rooms had no heat I went there and put breakers back on Other than that I would use them again very professionally. Tony
Prompt and professional. Justin was very helpful and explained everything I need to know. Please give him a bonus on my behalf! Will be a repeat customer.
April ‘22 Follow up to replace some components that were band-aided in January. Great experience and I feel calmer, knowing (hoping) that the boiler will not quit again. Jan ‘22 My boiler stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year - 2 days before the blizzard on 1/29 - Unlike 10 other services I…
EDITED TO ADDRESS OWNER'S REPONSE: To be clear, I had no problem paying the consultation fee, which is what I agreed to on the phone. What is wrong is to not tell me what additional fees would be charged once at my home, and only to disclose those costs AFTERWARD when it's time for payment. If there were fees beyond…
Two men came to do our needed work; they were pleasant and answered our questions and were very helpful.
The professionalism, customer service, and expertise is unmatched. One of their techs named Brian discovered that my heating system wasn’t receiving enough gas pressure from the street which lead to National grid replacing the gas line to my home. Weeks later, Brian conducted an electrical trouble shoot on my…
I'm extremely disappointed with the sort of service I have received from this company. We had an issue that started a week before thanksgiving in 2021. We have been without consistent hot water for over two months. I have called them numerous times and have gotten the runaround. I have been told that a supervisor…
Very prompt, professional and efficient.
I Call Addario's because the gas boiler won't turn on. They charged me more than $ 600 dollars for a technician who supposedly has a Master's degree to tell me that the problem is the chimney. I hired a company that cleans the chimney and they told me that the chimney is clean that the problem is the boiler. I hired…
All good,
Very courteous and knowledgeable
DONOT call these guys . they treat you as atm machine . i have spent almost 20 k in installing 2 units of heating and hot water sets. they are extremely expensive and they are very dishonest too. i keep calling them because they installed my heating system they knows better. last time they charge lot of money to…
I found Addario' by accident almost 6 years ago when another plumber did faulty work. They were prompt, professional, and so kind! Their customer service is why I keep coming back. I've never had an unpleasant experience when I call the office. I always hang up feeling really good about the service I'm receiving.…
If you are looking to pay A LOT of money to get the worst service in the market, then you got the right Company. If you are looking for a good quality level of service, at a market price, definitely not the company for you.
When my heat was out, last week, it was still pretty cold. Mr. Lewis came and patiently adjusted all the parts in my furnace. He said, “I’m not going to go and leave you with no heat.” I really appreciate his great service and dedication. That’s the best customer service, ever!
We had a major leak in our old heating system. Nick from Addario came out right away. Knowledgeable and friendly, he gave us our three options. We went with the replacement , and he got us in the schedule in 2 days! Did I mention it’s been the coldest days of the winter? Two days later we got our install. Darren…
Will and Patrick were just fantastic. Extremely professional and knew exactly what to do and for right from the start. They were reassuring during a pretty big crisis. They got the job done quickly and effectively and triple checked their work. I look forward to using Addarios for all my plumbing needs. Would highly recommend.
