We’ve been using Addarios for about 4 years. We were impressed with the size of their fleet of clean vans and large number of technicians, most of them specialists in one area of service or another. We’ve had particularly good results with Cameron. He seems most familiar with our system understands what we want it…
Plumber was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t need to do much but check quickly. Seemed very honest.
The technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly Diagnose and fix the issue.
Any and all interactions have been informative, professional. Concerned for my comfort with job and what it entails. Very please with this company highly recommend. All service people friendly personable. What to make sure I’m good with project and costs. Is it what I really need? Great communication. Always keep me…

could not be better. xcellent servicefrom Patrick. Ruth Hill
The family service plan is a waste, it gets you nothing at all. They claim it gets you $150 off for a service call, but they just find a way to increase the price elsewhere. Service isn’t any faster and they make up prices. Guy came out and charged to look at the chimney (for boiler exhaust), and then said he isn’t…
Your company was wonderful they sent a gentleman out to service my AC. He did a great job very kind and informative. I would use them again. I am very satisfied
The Serviceman was very helpful and very up beat. He was so pleasant and patient. He explained everything fully and I got a print out of the plan as well as cold air again in my office!
Experienced a power surge in my multi-family which caused one furnace to stop working. Krysti answered our call late in the afternoon and was very pleasant to deal with. They were at the house first thing in the morning to repair the equipment. Being an older model and parts not available; Tony was able to quickly…
Less than 24 hour service call - thoroughly impressed. Very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.
Joe was super responsive, very knowledgeable, and punctual. I called looking to get someone to my home to look at my AC unit before the sale of my home and he was there that day. Not only that, but he emailed me immediately with options, prices, and questions. Very reasonable from a price standpoint and I'd refer…
We called Addario’s for emergency Air Conditioning service for our condo in Watertown. Addario’s was booked up for three days, but got us a late/after hours appointment the day we called. We live out of the country and rent out our condo. Addario’s worked with our building superintendent and our tenants to…
Nick Addario and Andronne installed a new condenser and chiller unit in the 2nd floor hvac system. They were on-time, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, neat, and professional. Another reason why I have a service contract with Addario’s Services.
Very knowledgeable and professional. Went above and beyond to help us try to fix our A/C
Thorough diagnostics of the AC problem and proposed solutions; work to be done to fix the problem, so far so good.
A chipmunk made a nest in my ac and had wires for lunch. Addarios came to the rescue. I received text messages when they were on their way and a call from the service technician. He worked calmly and professionally throughout and kept me updated with his progress the entire time. So happy to have ac with a fourth day under heat advisory!
Nick was great. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely hire them again. In fact, already made plans to use them for maintenance next year
On Thursday May 27th I had Addario’s services come out and clean my HVAC system. Brian and Gabriel cleaned all my vents and the outside AC unit. They did an awesome job and we’re professional. I highly recommend Addarios for all your air conditioning needs.
Great service today! Technician was on time, friendly, professional, and very thorough. He took his time to check our entire system, help troubleshoot some issues, and advise on how best to use the system this summer. Will definitely recommend to friends and use them again.
Very good technician explained everything to me on service that needed to be done
Fair price and professional service
I have gone to Addario’s for several years for both maintenance and installation of my furnace and water heater. They were able to keep my older equipment running and provided competitive quotes for replacing both when the time came. Service has always been outstanding, professionals who know what they are doing…
