Stephen did a nice job.
Dave and Rob provided great service and took the time to explain all work, recommended maintenance, and associated price quotes in detail. Very happy with Addario's and will definitely contact them for any HVAC or plumbing questions in the future!
James did an awesome job in offering several options for replacing my water heater and for the maintenance of my furnace. The work was accurate and timely.
The guys were knowledgeable and they were patient with me and I really appreciate all the explanation that I received
I contacted Addario's Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical Services on a Sunday evening through social media after a newly installed indirect water heater left us without hot water. I was impressed by how responsive they were and was able to schedule a Monday morning appointment. The technicians arrived within…
I purchased a hot water heater from Addario’s Services back in December 31, 2025. The water heater was never installed and I’ve been trying to get my refund for the paid item for over 1 year! Please refund me my money for the product that I purchased but never was delivered nor installed. Update May 2026: A full…
The in-person receptionists and dispatchers were incredibly polite and friendly—something I truly appreciate these days, given the trend of such roles being replaced by AI. On this occasion, we had them perform maintenance on our furnace and replace a few parts. The plumber, Anthony, and his assistant demonstrated a…
Addario's has been our choice of contractor for the past two decades, and the latest experience was as positive as always.
The techs were very kind and maintained a very professional demeanor . Addarios plumbing knocked it out of the park
Great service
I’m am so pleased with the professionalism, work and overall transformation that Addarios has given in the whole process of purchasing and installing the heating & hot water upgrades. I feel good about the decision, the company I chose and the fact that all are safe. Looks great! From the initial consultation with…
We had a new tankless water heater installed today, with Andy and Jason doing the main job. They were courteous, efficient, and clearly know their job. When finished, they cleaned up and left the mechanical room spotless . High praise for the whole team!
Doug and Ed were great! Very professional.
Installed kitchen cabinets, plumbing, electrical work in renovated kitchen
BEWARE - EXCESSIVE PRICE GOUGING, UNETHICAL PRACTICES!!! Go elsewhere! I am updating my review in good conscience, changing to 1 star. While the unit appears to be well installed, I'm concerned about the way this company presents pricing and do think I was taken. Here's why - the first 'estimate' I was given…
Update 2/24/26 Lost power during the blizzard and the mini splits didn’t turn back on. Deb on the phone was fabulous and made sure someone came out the next day! Anthony arrived and got things working in a few minutes. Love this company have referred friends and they love them too! Update 4/19/23. I had a problem…
Mike was a professional, he guided me through the process and educated me about the options I had. Thank you Mike
Fast responsive scheduling for cost proposal and for installation. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable consultation with multiple options provided. Locally owned and operated with concern for doing the ‘right thing’ to best serve the client. We have been loyal to Addario’s for 15 years. We have full confidence…
From the time of inspection til instalation all went smoothlyi would recomend this company to anyone
Reginald, the technician, did a great job and was very professional. He made sure to communicate all updates to me thoroughly which was appreciated. David was also phenomenal and made the trip out during an emergency situation on a holiday. I’d recommend this team and company to anyone.
Don’t believe the reviews this place is a scam! Would be a zero but it won’t let me do that. They’re crooks they force you to pay 150 to just show up even if a warranty is covering your product. That’s a scam! They did not Honor our hot water heater heaters warranty and try to charge us $150 just to look at it!…
Addario's was fast to respond, very friendly, and did a great job with installation. They did what they say they would do. I would definitely refer them again.
Reginald Great job in getting. It fixed
water heater leak so water heater replaced. Price was expensive but quick service-done the day I called. Michael did a home visit and Reginald explained everything well. Would have given 5 stars but it was very expensive.
Addario's is excellent to work with! Excellent customer service and work.
Joe was very pleasant and explained all that need to be done. When finished he cleaned up after self
Addario was very easy to work with. Luis and Jason did an excellent job with the installation of a stainless steel tank and a leak detector and also did an excellent job cleaning up. They encountered several problems which they were able to resolve expeditiously. They thoroughly explained what they were doing. The…
Andy and Jason T were awesome. They arrived same day on their estimated time. Both very professional. Both were not deterred by Both my chow chows. Hot water needed new one and they ordered it and waited for it to be delivered installed it. Job completed. Highly recommend their service.
Very professional, skilled and respectful technicians, excellent communication around scheduling and follow up all around great job.
Great response ...gave several options.
Luiz and Andy were great! They were friendly, professional and quick to replace the water heater.
We are very pleased with the installation of our boiler and heat pump. The work was completed efficiently, and we appreciate the team's expertise. The prices charged were also quite fair for the services provided. We would like to extend our thanks to Josh and the whole team for their assistance.
I love everything! Very professional.
Josh came out and really helped us w some decisions and details we hadn’t considered. Price seemed reasonable and we can get it done so quickly! Installation was smooth- we are happy!
Excellent experience all around. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable and on time. Worked quickly and efficiently and neatly. Kept me informed of my options throughout. New water heater works great and price was reasonable. Highly recommended.
I initially left a 5 star review. I am now, after over a year, changing it to a 1 star review, for the following reasons: 1) we were overcharged for every service we received, from replacing our heating system, to trying to fix a problem with it later, because the job was done poorly. 2) someone from the service…
Anthony brought heat and hot water back to my house quickly on a Saturday and saved my mom’s night party plans that night! Very professional and personable!
They were consistently in touch with us on the day they were due to do the work as to their arrival time..The lead installer was very knowledgeable about the plumbng quality. I would definitely recommend Addarrios.
They got my old tankless hot water unit to work temporarily, and installed a new one within two days. I would highly recommend them.
Job was great but a little pricy.
I can't say enough good things about Addario's. They have amazing customer service, always professional, excellent with keeping us informed of progress. Can not go wrong with using their services.
They were very responsive, were best value and very nice to work with
Years ago the kids they sent seemed like students who couldn't solder pipes. Despite my many calls, Addario's never returned. I had to hire another plumber to fix the job they butchered.
Exceptional service. Worker, Anthony was well engaged in conversation, friendly and professional

I have used Addario Plumbing services for the last 6 year now and from the professional staff personal in the office who help answer any questions and help schedule appointments are so wonderful, and the service…
This people keep their word
BEWARE of false advertising. I wanted a local plumber so I googled repair near me and they came up right around the corner from me. When they came from a town 2 hours away the tech,Anthony, bragged that the owner of the company knows how to trick Google. I was upset. The WORST company to deal with at any level. They…
From beginning to end, the folks from Addario were simply great. They were responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and worked around our needs. In particular we are grateful for Barbara and Ann on customer service side and Jeff on the installation side. A wonderful experience!
My 10 year old hot water heater died on a Saturday. After calling several plumbers & having little hope of getting my hot water heater installed the same day I came upon Addarios Plumbing. They were very quick and professional to fit me in that same day. I had a water heater installed by 3pm & they accept credit…
Great!
The install a few years ago was seamless. Their service all along has been attentive and timely. Most recently The gentlemen that came to do a heater repair were honest and fair and were able to answer all the questions I had as well as helping me to save some money on my upgrades.
Excellent response and quotes for hot water heater job pricing . Knowledgeable of current code requirements and troubleshooting
Brian and Anthony were prompt, friendly and professional. They called for a temporary water tank and installed it in anticipation of the installation of the tankless water heater, which is targeted for next Tuesday. I feel confident that Brian is extremely knowledgeable in the water heater field and installation and…

Addarios has done work for us before. Our water heater broke on a Saturday. Addarios came within 2 hours with the replacement we needed. They clearly explained our options & installed the new one quickly & professionally. We would recommend them.
Came out from an early morning same day call..on time clean and professional work...thanks much
I needed and emergency water heater installed and they showed up early! They were professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with.
WOW! Finally updated a piece of oil history to a new gas furnace. I have more space than ever in my 6' high field stone foundation basement; ducts are tucked up nicely; heat is flowing way more efficiently and it's so quiet. Everyone involved in the project was a pro, really knew their stuff. Rich,The install…
Addario's is everything you need in a contractor. Top quality work, outstanding customer service, before , during and after. Never have we so appreciated or enjoyed working with a contractor before. A+++ in all areas.
We had great experience with Addario. We had hot water on and off for a few days and upon checking on the tank, we found out the water was leaking onto our basement floor. We called the company early next morning and they sent the service advisor named Anthony within a few hours. He was very nice, professional…
Their customer service pledge states: “If you’re not 100% satisfied with our work, send us your feedback. We’ll jump on it pronto to make things right!” Do not believe this. The gas boiler they installed was woefully underperforming. We could not get the house any hotter than the low 60’s. They sent a “plumber”…
We are pleased with the professionalism of both the sales and installation staff. The price was a bit more than competitive bids, but the 25 year guarantee was the clincher because our condo association requires a new water heater every 10 years. So, we spent a little more now to save a lot in the future. The…
Tough time finding a plumbing service to do non-emergency work and Addario's was great. Came right over to do a consultation and had the job scheduled in less than a week. Installers were in and out <2 hours and very professional. Would 100% recommend!
Addario's is now my go-to for all plumbing needs. We had a late night Friday water heater burst and were panicked trying to find a 24 hour plumbing service. They answered immediately, got us on the list for the next day and had a team member here right on time and giving us a detailed and incredibly thorough outline…
We just had a new combo heating / hot water system installed by an Addario's team and it went great! No reservations about recommending these folks if you're looking for work on your heating or hot water. Thanks Brian, thanks Joe!
Only issue was I was told it would be installed yesterday afternoon, but the water heater had to be ordered. Installation was completed this morning. Professional installation team.
Anthony was extremely pleasant to work with. Answered all my questions and spent time explaining my options. Can’t wait to work with the rest of the team.
After the initial delay in the scheduled service due to the hot water heater not being available as promised, once the plumber arrived one week later, the service was professional, thorough and skillful. I was very happy with the overall installation of the hot water heater.
They did an amazing job listening to our need. Thank you so much Addario Team.
Very professional courteous articulated every detail and offered additional advice on sub pump and other services they are well capable of rendering. 5 stars great job!!!
DONOT call these guys . they treat you as atm machine . i have spent almost 20 k in installing 2 units of heating and hot water sets. they are extremely expensive and they are very dishonest too. i keep calling them because they installed my heating system they knows better. last time they charge lot of money to…
