Professional service
The tech was good, nolagble and and did a very good job
Very professional, did a great job. Definitely recommend
Addario solicited me with triple play deal to check heating, cooling, and hot water systems for $99, no brainer, I took the offer. It worked out great! Tech who came over was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to and once done he came and gave us his reports. He indicated our systems…
He took excellent care to check everything for my triple play furnace, AC and hot water heater. He explained what he was doing and the scope of any recommendations for service. It was wet outside and he even took his shoes off to go upstairs! Very considerate and careful young man!
Gerald was great! Very professional and respectful.
Had a simple inspection of all HVAC. Was timely, thorough, and professional at a fair price.
Anthony was our technician. He was punctual and professional. I highly recommend this company.
We’ve been using Addarios for about 4 years. We were impressed with the size of their fleet of clean vans and large number of technicians, most of them specialists in one area of service or another. We’ve had particularly good results with Cameron. He seems most familiar with our system understands what we want it…
EDIT: Updated to 3 stars from 1. Joe Addario reached out after my review and sent a team who fixed the heat pump/furnace firing simultaneously and restored heat pump functionality. However, the furnace still hits the high limit switch even when 64°, and we now have a 20° temperature difference between floors that…
Great service and a pleasure to work with.
Once again Addario was punctual and Anthony was professional and personable. He explained everything and worked in a timely manner. I have used Addario since they put my first system in back in 2012! Thank You!
Brandon (Brendan?) did a great job, kept me informed as he worked, since he could tell I was curious. He worked through several different tests and figured out just what was keeping the central A/C from working!
Appreciate the annual service from Addario's on my Mitsubishi Mini Split. Anthony was professional friendly, knowledgeable.
Amazing service . Matt was so knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand . Would highly Recommend !
The Addario’s technician was professional, explained his work well and offered services that would benefit us. He was knowledgeable about the equipment and explained things in simple terms to be able to understand.
I have been a client of Addario's for over two decade. They installed my tankless water heater, my first air con, my first heating. In each case they were professional on time and diligent. David, who came this time was lovely an laughed about the fact that he did a call just to tell me the switch was off. Thank you…
Professional and experienced staff. I’d like to thank Brendan for his technical competence servicing my system and keeping it up and running smoothly.
AESOME JOB!!!! Got my heat up and running on this freezing day. It needed a part. Which Steven was able to get right away. I would recommend Addario’s to anyone
Josh arrived at the appointed time and after some discussion, knew exactly what I was looking for. Look forward to the installation.
Fix the problem Cameron is the best
Finding an HVAC company you trust isn’t easy. But I’ve had several visits now by Addario’s and I can say they’ve earned my trust—and then some. Always great service by good people. (Special shout-out to Ron, who was awesome with a challenging AC job.) Highly recommended!
The best in the business if I had to say. My AC stopped working and Addarios Services was out right away. My tech was Cam… He was awesome! Our system is over 30 years old. We knew it would need to be replaced soon but right now really just needed it to be fixed. Cam was so determined and dedicated in finding a way…
I am thankful to Cam for finally resolving the issue
Very nice
Patrick was extremely professional, attentive, thorough, very client-oriented, shared before and after photos of work and very tidy. He is a huge asset to the company and to the clients he serves.
The individual technician was great, very professional and worked quickly. Although Addario’s rescheduled it several times. Beware of the “Family Club Plan” for maintenance for $306/year. It only includes the very basics. Example: there’s an additional charge for things like flushing a water heater ($325) which they…
Excellent service

This was our annual checkup for our a/c heat pump . Cam and Louis were great and checked both gas boiler and ac units . Everything is working fine and hopefully good for another year !
I have been a customer since 2019. They are very organized and are extremely efficient. The workmen are very professional and knowledgeable. They pay attentions to details and are able to resolve the problem , so the situation is fixed correctly. I want to thank the team of Brian and Eric for their perseverance…
My Central A/C stopped working in the middle of a heat wave (of course). Called Addario's and they had a tech at my house the same day. We determined that the unit had pretty much given up the ghost and was time for a replacement. Anthony Covino, one of their comfort advisors, was at my house later that afternoon…
Great experience
Arrived on time. Answered questions professionally. Refilled system, I got house cooled now. Suggested on further steps. Nice work, crew!
Had a couple guys come by (Dwayne & Ali) both of them had my A/C up and running within 10 minutes.
Very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent work for a fair price
After 4 attempts to get this service accomplished, today it finally was done. Full marks to Justin for his professional attitude, for immediately apologizing for the past 3 no-call, no-show appointments that he wasn't even part of, and for getting the job done in about a half hour. Justin has bought Addarios a…
Joe was super responsive, very knowledgeable, and punctual. I called looking to get someone to my home to look at my AC unit before the sale of my home and he was there that day. Not only that, but he emailed me immediately with options, prices, and questions. Very reasonable from a price standpoint and I'd refer…
We called Addario’s for emergency Air Conditioning service for our condo in Watertown. Addario’s was booked up for three days, but got us a late/after hours appointment the day we called. We live out of the country and rent out our condo. Addario’s worked with our building superintendent and our tenants to…
The representative was amazing He is knowledgeable in his field, and provided us with helpful information we will surely continue to use his business.
