Adario's did a solid, professional job replacing our broken down HVAC. After working hard for three days last week, including Saturday, they came on Sunday and finished up. Overall, they put in a great deal of work in a short period. It is so much more comfortable to be in our house now with the AC taking out the heat and humidity.
Had a great experience with the team. They came timely and did a thorough inspection and gave me options to go with for my hvac maintenance and did a thorough job. Will definitely come back and recommend for any hvac and plumbing needs.

Brendan did an excellent job. He was very professional and worked expeditiously. He reassured me that my old system was in good working condition. He even showed me pictures of how the system works. Contacted me with a promotional $99.99 "triple service check" (boiler, a.c., water heater). When the technicians came they told me it would actually be $1500 to do any kind of service and that the $100 bucks I had to cough up was just for them to "check," i.e. just freaking LOOK at my equipment. I have had Addario install my central AC as well as provide service on my gas furnace. They have been thorough in explaining what was needed, what was done, and have always kept to the schedule, calling ahead of time and letting me know when to expect them. You can rely on them to get the job done in a professional manner.

Addarios replaced filters in two furnaces, one of them long untended, requiring an unusual and hard-to find item. They also diagnosed dust-blocked ducts, and and thus offer a way out of a challenging shortage of heat in one particular room. The repairman was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.

Addario’s has a bad customer service. They change my schedule three times so far. This company always rescheduling their appointments and not on time for it. Their don’t even bother to communicate with the customer so they running late. Do not believe them when they say. They’ll be here.
Had my Heat-Pump System checkup for the Family Protection Plan and it was easy as can be. Out technician ran diagnostic checks on all the equipment, made a slight adjustment and we are good to go for the AC season.
