Josh is an outstanding representative for your company. Knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! What a great asset for your organization!
Mathew - conducted a thorough evaluation of my HVAC project requirements - discussed different options and we came to a good solution for my home. I look forward to working with Addario's for my HVAC project. Clearly a professional company that has the skills and experience to deliver and support high quality and…
Recently had some plumbing work done these guys are very professional. They did an excellent job. I would Definitely recommend them to friends and family.
A sloppy job was done on the installation of the heating system for the 2nd and 3rd floor. I had to call them back several times to complete their sloppy work. (ie. the connection of the chimney liner to the hot water tank that was left unattached, called back for loose wiring that resulted in me not having heat…
This company has been a pain from start to finish. Had a heat pump system installed. They came out measured the space and then started a three day project on a Thursday leaving us without heat in October over the weekend. Good luck trying your talk to a service manager at this point I’m not sure the actually have…
I’m am so pleased with the professionalism, work and overall transformation that Addarios has given in the whole process of purchasing and installing the heating & hot water upgrades. I feel good about the decision, the company I chose and the fact that all are safe. Looks great! From the initial consultation with…
I had a really good experience with this company! I changed my house from oil to gas heating system and added tankless water systems. They worked hard and efficient while making sure everything was up to code. They completed the work quickly while also maintaining great quality. Special thanks to Mike for helping us…

Installed kitchen cabinets, plumbing, electrical work in renovated kitchen
I had a great experience with every technician from Addario's. Brendan, Matthew, Scott and others. All personable, knowledgeable and a job well done!
I had a new HVC unit installed today on the roof of my 3 story home. The guys came on time and were great! Hardworking, kind and courteous. They were here from 7:30 am to 2:19 pm. They cleaned up everything including my stairs, which they had laid tarp down and she it never got dirty anyway. Huge thanks to the team,…
I had an awesome experience with this company. I will use them again. They're very helpful.and Friendly. They did an amazing job!
Good team work!
Michael was great! Really worked for us and saved money for us.
We’ve been using Addarios for about 4 years. We were impressed with the size of their fleet of clean vans and large number of technicians, most of them specialists in one area of service or another. We’ve had particularly good results with Cameron. He seems most familiar with our system understands what we want it…
We chose Addario’s after receiving several quotes for a new heating system. Their selling points were a supposedly strong warranty, a “family business” feel where you could always reach a real person, and a quality guarantee. Unfortunately, none of those claims turned out to be true. Our system was installed in the…
I called Addario's early Wednesday morning to check on my furnace that didn't seem to be working properly. They came out in the early afternoon to check on it. It was suggested that I have the "comfort advisor" come out and give me some options. Mike was very thorough with his explanations and gave me several…
EDIT: Updated to 3 stars from 1. Joe Addario reached out after my review and sent a team who fixed the heat pump/furnace firing simultaneously and restored heat pump functionality. However, the furnace still hits the high limit switch even when 64°, and we now have a 20° temperature difference between floors that…
This is an excellent company super friendly, professional and thorough in every respect Reginald was awesome!!
Fast responsive scheduling for cost proposal and for installation. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable consultation with multiple options provided. Locally owned and operated with concern for doing the ‘right thing’ to best serve the client. We have been loyal to Addario’s for 15 years. We have full confidence…
Actually Addario's totally replaced my boiler which was 20 yrs. old and "on its last legs" with a high efficiency one recommended by the technician. Everyone, from the first technician to the last electrician, were very professional and worked painstakingly to make sure this system was working well in my older…
One day install. They walked me thru each step . Answered all my annoying questions. They were all very polite . Took two day due to minor line repairs in side the house. Boiler looks good. Im very happy with the work.
The Addario crews were fantastic! They explained everything and were congenial, respectful and knowledgeable. The work was finished in a timely manner and they cleaned up the entire work area I highly recommend Addario and will absolutely use them again
The entire team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and friendly. They took the time to explain all of my options in detail and answered my questions with transparency. They cleaned everything up and ensured all was working befor they left. Chris L and Duke were very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them.
Glad I hired them to do the job.
I decided to switch from oil to gas heating. My gas company recommended them. They came out and we decided which unit would meet my needs. They offered financing if needed. They did everything they said, on time, neatly. Hiring Addario was the ONLY thing that's gone smoothly since I bought this place! I'm very happy…
Josh was really helpful and knowledgeable in getting us set up with our furnace system and options in what can be a very overwhelming process, he answered all our questions and was very fair & thorough. Thank you!
I have been a client of Addario's for over two decade. They installed my tankless water heater, my first air con, my first heating. In each case they were professional on time and diligent. David, who came this time was lovely an laughed about the fact that he did a call just to tell me the switch was off. Thank you…
Addario’s performed our conversion from oil heat to gas, and also plumbed a fireplace for a gs insert. They were very professional, taking care of rebates through the state program, coordinating with the burner removal company and the fireplace install company. Start to finish, the process has been seamless and…
They have done much better in the last year. Thank you
We had an accident in our driveway that knocked the meter off the house. My husband and I were both rushed to the hospital when we came home on Friday morning we had no heat no hot water no stove .this morning.National Grid came out after I had explained the whole thing and when they got here, they said oops you…
Great communication, very responsive and professional. After the installation, everything was explained to me. They followed through with the promised times Very thorough. A great company that responds !
I initially left a 5 star review. I am now, after over a year, changing it to a 1 star review, for the following reasons: 1) we were overcharged for every service we received, from replacing our heating system, to trying to fix a problem with it later, because the job was done poorly. 2) someone from the service…
I had 2 heating units installed. The first installation was flawless. The second installation was sloppy. I had to have them come back out multiple times to complete the job. Between the leaky pipes, unattached duct work to no heat on a brand new heating system. I was on the phone with office staff about my…
Any and all interactions have been informative, professional. Concerned for my comfort with job and what it entails. Very please with this company highly recommend. All service people friendly personable. What to make sure I’m good with project and costs. Is it what I really need? Great communication. Always keep me…
Very informative and professional. Experience has been great so far!
I can’t say enough good things about Addario’s from the minute I called to have someone come out because I had no heat. They are all very professional Sam the salesman came to my home the same day that I called, and he never pressured me into buying. My new furnace/hot water heater is being installed right now.…
I could not be happier with the service provided by Addario's. The people I interacted with were very professional, knowledgable, flexible and most importantly: reliable. Their technicians always showed up on time and in fact routinely would call me 30 minutes in advance. The furnace they installed worked flawlessly from day 1. Very pleased.
Ann is the greatest help. She makes things happen. All the professional that did the work were great also. Thanks for everything ,your life long customer
