James and Jason from Adarios did a great and clean jobs on HVAC System repair and maintenance and dryer vent installation and gave us all the information and answered all our questions clearly. Thank you
James reviewed my boiler and gave me an assessment. He was clear on the goals and the outcome. Easy to work with. Thanks.
Salah was great and very helpful and did a descaling on our system. Very professional
J.Z. did an excellent job of attaching grab bars in the shower room and flushing the boiler at the heating system. Ed
Brendan did an excellent job. He was very professional and worked expeditiously. He reassured me that my old system was in good working condition. He even showed me pictures of how the system works. This is his 2nd time at my home. It feels good to know that I can rely on Addario to keep my system working at peak performance despite its age.
Contacted me with a promotional $99.99 "triple service check" (boiler, a.c., water heater). When the technicians came they told me it would actually be $1500 to do any kind of service and that the $100 bucks I had to cough up was just for them to "check," i.e. just freaking LOOK at my equipment. Straight up con artists!
He took excellent care to check everything for my triple play furnace, AC and hot water heater. He explained what he was doing and the scope of any recommendations for service. It was wet outside and he even took his shoes off to go upstairs! Very considerate and careful young man!
Had a simple inspection of all HVAC. Was timely, thorough, and professional at a fair price.
The Addario technician (Bernardo?) came when advised, quickly identified the problem, got the required part and within an hour of returning with the new part the problem was fixed. Condensation pump making noise.
We’ve been using Addarios for about 4 years. We were impressed with the size of their fleet of clean vans and large number of technicians, most of them specialists in one area of service or another. We’ve had particularly good results with Cameron. He seems most familiar with our system understands what we want it…
Called Addario’s to have my heating system checked. Found out a piece was needed. Branden came out early to install the new piece. Heating system is now working great. Made sure every thing was fine before he left. Addario’s has a great team of technicians who always do a great job. I would recommend Addario’s for…
EDIT: Updated to 3 stars from 1. Joe Addario reached out after my review and sent a team who fixed the heat pump/furnace firing simultaneously and restored heat pump functionality. However, the furnace still hits the high limit switch even when 64°, and we now have a 20° temperature difference between floors that…
Reginald was fantastic! Friendly and expert service
Tonight is Christmas Eve and my heating system seemed to have a serious problem. Addario’s was here within 12 hours and fixed it beautifully. Andy was an extraordinary serviceman kind, skilled and highly professional. I strongly recommend this company
I've used this company for many years and very satisfied with the work they do. I recently used to install a new boiler system when my old one stopped working and could not be fixed. The new one is a Rinnai Combi Boiler system that hangs on a wall in my boiler room. It's been a week since the technicians installed…
Reginald did a great job…he completed the job without having to come back…very thorough and friendly…would use this company again!
Anthony, the technician was very knowledgeable and cordial. Anthony gave me many tips that will help me maintain my systems better.
Welcomed the Addario crew to our home again to do a maintenance check and tweak an installation from the fall. As expected, they were responsive and answered all my questions about the AC install and workings. The Annual Maintenance and Inspection went very well. We have been very pleased with the follow up service…
Super nice tech that came to service system. Explained everything being done and any issues with our system. No sales pitches which I’ve had in the past with others. Would definitely use this company again!
Once again Addario was punctual and Anthony was professional and personable. He explained everything and worked in a timely manner. I have used Addario since they put my first system in back in 2012! Thank You!
The rep was prompt to arrive. He was polite and knowledgeable. He also was not pushy. He explained clearly. He arrived on timeThe area was left clean and orderly upon completion. Highly recommend.
We are very pleased with the installation of our boiler and heat pump. The work was completed efficiently, and we appreciate the team's expertise. The prices charged were also quite fair for the services provided. We would like to extend our thanks to Josh and the whole team for their assistance.
I have been a client of Addario's for over two decade. They installed my tankless water heater, my first air con, my first heating. In each case they were professional on time and diligent. David, who came this time was lovely an laughed about the fact that he did a call just to tell me the switch was off. Thank you…
Very professional and knowledgeable. Big props to Duane⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They are the very best! Quick response and attention to our problem. Always!!!
Very professional, hard working and respectful of the property, cleaned up after the job, would have no hesitation in recommending them. Anthony P excellent technician
Great work !! Thanks again!!
I had the technician check my new HVAC ductless system for noise . Cam found my problem and explained to me that the noise was from the pump that removes condensation in the system . Unfortunately the noise is because the condensation needs to be pushed upward through duct tubes .
I had 2 heating units installed. The first installation was flawless. The second installation was sloppy. I had to have them come back out multiple times to complete the job. Between the leaky pipes, unattached duct work to no heat on a brand new heating system. I was on the phone with office staff about my…
The individual technician was great, very professional and worked quickly. Although Addario’s rescheduled it several times. Beware of the “Family Club Plan” for maintenance for $306/year. It only includes the very basics. Example: there’s an additional charge for things like flushing a water heater ($325) which they…
Jeff and his helper Fisher came to install a part on our gas furnace that had been ordered. It was a very difficult and intricate repair but Jeff worked extremely hard to complete the job and got our furnace pilot installed and working. Addarios is a very responsive and dependable company. Would not hesitate to hire them again.

Excellent service, superb personnel, very professional
This was our annual checkup for our a/c heat pump . Cam and Louis were great and checked both gas boiler and ac units . Everything is working fine and hopefully good for another year !
Had my burst pipe fixed up and system test in a couple hours. Good clean fast work.
easy booking, good service, friendly technicians what more could you want.
My initial interaction with the team was with comfort advisor Sam. He was extraordinarily professional, polite, honest and thorough but timely! He listened to my needs and took steps to meet or exceed them in every way. The install team of Brian and Will were good natured, efficient and again professional! Even…
Addarios Services were on time, very professional and very friendly. They were organized and replaced my furnace faster than I expected. I will be recommending the Addarios Services to my family and friends.
Did an excellent job getting an old HVAC working again with compatable parts.
The install a few years ago was seamless. Their service all along has been attentive and timely. Most recently The gentlemen that came to do a heater repair were honest and fair and were able to answer all the questions I had as well as helping me to save some money on my upgrades.
I have only had incredible service and professionalism with this company. I also enjoy that it is owned by a plumber enthusiast who also has his family and close friends work there. They all have different roles and makes it a very solid and Committed team!! New furnace and thermostat put in this past year! I have referred my friends!!
Rapid and quick service.
I was able to schedule someone to service heat and hot water unit very quickly and they were extremely helpful over the phone and in person. I was given information about my unit and the servicer showed me things to watch out for.
Less than 24 hour service call - thoroughly impressed. Very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.
We had them come to begin the process of updating our heating system. They asked really good questions and their initial recommendations felt right on point.
Dave arrived early and inspected our steam boiler. I called yesterday because of a strange smell when the heat came on and dispatch got someone here within 24 hours. Dave was professional, knows his stuff, and although the problem was gone when he turned the system on he stayed to make sure. He explained how the…
Tech was friendly and knowledgeable - my problem was solved quickly
Addario's is great - they are professional and knowledgeable, were on time, and kept the house clean. Joan (Jo-ahn) worked on our systems and Karen at the office worked with him to take care of me when parts needed to be ordered and follow up scheduled. They took good care of us. And worked late too, to make it…
DONOT call these guys . they treat you as atm machine . i have spent almost 20 k in installing 2 units of heating and hot water sets. they are extremely expensive and they are very dishonest too. i keep calling them because they installed my heating system they knows better. last time they charge lot of money to…
I found Addario' by accident almost 6 years ago when another plumber did faulty work. They were prompt, professional, and so kind! Their customer service is why I keep coming back. I've never had an unpleasant experience when I call the office. I always hang up feeling really good about the service I'm receiving.…
If you are looking to pay A LOT of money to get the worst service in the market, then you got the right Company. If you are looking for a good quality level of service, at a market price, definitely not the company for you.
Same day response when our boiler would not ignite. Four guys showed up to diagnose it.
Very good technician explained everything to me on service that needed to be done
Addarios has done work for us in the past, installing 2 furnaces and a tankless hot water heater, with no issues. Recently they replaced heating ducts and measured and supplied a register in a room with new wallboard. When installing the register they cut into molding, leaving a more than 1 foot gap, They were asked…
This appointment was for routine annual inspection of our furnace. The appointment was rescheduled four times due to emergencies at other houses and short staff. During the COVID-19 pandemic, that's understandable. But when the technicians finally arrived (35 minutes after the scheduled time window), they thought…
I have gone to Addario’s for several years for both maintenance and installation of my furnace and water heater. They were able to keep my older equipment running and provided competitive quotes for replacing both when the time came. Service has always been outstanding, professionals who know what they are doing…
Joe was knowledgeable and explained the systems very well.
I was impressed with Darren's professionalism when he was working on. my mom's heating system so I called to have my own system serviced. I lucked out and got Darren and he was just as professional and courteous with me. Will definitely call Addario's for future needs.
