Stephen did a nice job.
Dave and Rob provided great service and took the time to explain all work, recommended maintenance, and associated price quotes in detail. Very happy with Addario's and will definitely contact them for any HVAC or plumbing questions in the future!
James did an awesome job in offering several options for replacing my water heater and for the maintenance of my furnace. The work was accurate and timely.
The guys were knowledgeable and they were patient with me and I really appreciate all the explanation that I received
I contacted Addario's Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical Services on a Sunday evening through social media after a newly installed indirect water heater left us without hot water. I was impressed by how responsive they were and was able to schedule a Monday morning appointment. The technicians arrived within…
I purchased a hot water heater from Addario’s Services back in December 31, 2025. The water heater was never installed and I’ve been trying to get my refund for the paid item for over 1 year! Please refund me my money for the product that I purchased but never was delivered nor installed. Update May 2026: A full…
The in-person receptionists and dispatchers were incredibly polite and friendly—something I truly appreciate these days, given the trend of such roles being replaced by AI. On this occasion, we had them perform maintenance on our furnace and replace a few parts. The plumber, Anthony, and his assistant demonstrated a…
Addario's has been our choice of contractor for the past two decades, and the latest experience was as positive as always.
The techs were very kind and maintained a very professional demeanor . Addarios plumbing knocked it out of the park
Great service
I’m am so pleased with the professionalism, work and overall transformation that Addarios has given in the whole process of purchasing and installing the heating & hot water upgrades. I feel good about the decision, the company I chose and the fact that all are safe. Looks great! From the initial consultation with…
We had a new tankless water heater installed today, with Andy and Jason doing the main job. They were courteous, efficient, and clearly know their job. When finished, they cleaned up and left the mechanical room spotless . High praise for the whole team!
Doug and Ed were great! Very professional.
Installed kitchen cabinets, plumbing, electrical work in renovated kitchen
BEWARE - EXCESSIVE PRICE GOUGING, UNETHICAL PRACTICES!!! Go elsewhere! I am updating my review in good conscience, changing to 1 star. While the unit appears to be well installed, I'm concerned about the way this company presents pricing and do think I was taken. Here's why - the first 'estimate' I was given…
Update 2/24/26 Lost power during the blizzard and the mini splits didn’t turn back on. Deb on the phone was fabulous and made sure someone came out the next day! Anthony arrived and got things working in a few minutes. Love this company have referred friends and they love them too! Update 4/19/23. I had a problem…
Mike was a professional, he guided me through the process and educated me about the options I had. Thank you Mike
Fast responsive scheduling for cost proposal and for installation. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable consultation with multiple options provided. Locally owned and operated with concern for doing the ‘right thing’ to best serve the client. We have been loyal to Addario’s for 15 years. We have full confidence…
From the time of inspection til instalation all went smoothlyi would recomend this company to anyone
Reginald, the technician, did a great job and was very professional. He made sure to communicate all updates to me thoroughly which was appreciated. David was also phenomenal and made the trip out during an emergency situation on a holiday. I’d recommend this team and company to anyone.
Don’t believe the reviews this place is a scam! Would be a zero but it won’t let me do that. They’re crooks they force you to pay 150 to just show up even if a warranty is covering your product. That’s a scam! They did not Honor our hot water heater heaters warranty and try to charge us $150 just to look at it!…
Addario's was fast to respond, very friendly, and did a great job with installation. They did what they say they would do. I would definitely refer them again.
Reginald Great job in getting. It fixed
water heater leak so water heater replaced. Price was expensive but quick service-done the day I called. Michael did a home visit and Reginald explained everything well. Would have given 5 stars but it was very expensive.
Addario's is excellent to work with! Excellent customer service and work.
Joe was very pleasant and explained all that need to be done. When finished he cleaned up after self
Addario was very easy to work with. Luis and Jason did an excellent job with the installation of a stainless steel tank and a leak detector and also did an excellent job cleaning up. They encountered several problems which they were able to resolve expeditiously. They thoroughly explained what they were doing. The…
Andy and Jason T were awesome. They arrived same day on their estimated time. Both very professional. Both were not deterred by Both my chow chows. Hot water needed new one and they ordered it and waited for it to be delivered installed it. Job completed. Highly recommend their service.
Very professional, skilled and respectful technicians, excellent communication around scheduling and follow up all around great job.
Great response ...gave several options.
Luiz and Andy were great! They were friendly, professional and quick to replace the water heater.
We are very pleased with the installation of our boiler and heat pump. The work was completed efficiently, and we appreciate the team's expertise. The prices charged were also quite fair for the services provided. We would like to extend our thanks to Josh and the whole team for their assistance.
I love everything! Very professional.
Josh came out and really helped us w some decisions and details we hadn’t considered. Price seemed reasonable and we can get it done so quickly! Installation was smooth- we are happy!
Excellent experience all around. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable and on time. Worked quickly and efficiently and neatly. Kept me informed of my options throughout. New water heater works great and price was reasonable. Highly recommended.
I initially left a 5 star review. I am now, after over a year, changing it to a 1 star review, for the following reasons: 1) we were overcharged for every service we received, from replacing our heating system, to trying to fix a problem with it later, because the job was done poorly. 2) someone from the service…
Anthony brought heat and hot water back to my house quickly on a Saturday and saved my mom’s night party plans that night! Very professional and personable!
They were consistently in touch with us on the day they were due to do the work as to their arrival time..The lead installer was very knowledgeable about the plumbng quality. I would definitely recommend Addarrios.
They got my old tankless hot water unit to work temporarily, and installed a new one within two days. I would highly recommend them.
