I have nothing but good things to say about Addario. They were very patient, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process having a mini-split installed at our property.
The sales rep was extremely personable, knowable new the product well. She was however the first person we talked with, and while we would be happy to do buisiness with Addario's we will wait for a couple more estimates.
Your rep Anthony Covino was on time for our appointment, he was very knowledgeable and professional. Very thorough in his explanation of the mini splits we are interested in. He apprised us of what was available to us from Mass Save. All in all it was a very satisfying and informative meeting.
