This is his 2nd time at my home. It feels good to know that I can rely on Addario to keep my system working at peak performance despite its age.
Contacted me with a promotional $99.99 "triple service check" (boiler, a.c., water heater). When the technicians came they told me it would actually be $1500 to do any kind of service and that the $100 bucks I had to cough up was just for them to "check," i.e. just freaking LOOK at my equipment. Straight up con artists!
He took excellent care to check everything for my triple play furnace, AC and hot water heater. He explained what he was doing and the scope of any recommendations for service. It was wet outside and he even took his shoes off to go upstairs! Very considerate and careful young man!

I had the technician check my new HVAC ductless system for noise . Cam found my problem and explained to me that the noise was from the pump that removes condensation in the system . Unfortunately the noise is because the condensation needs to be pushed upward through duct tubes .
