Extraordinary!!!! Luiz is real craftsman. I was once told by a Benedictine philosopher that if someone wants to be happy in his/her job, 3 things are necessary: (1) You gotta love it (2) There has to be a need for it, and (3) You must be good at it. He's got all three. He turned a complicated problem into a fix with no problem. He's a keeper.
