Mathew - conducted a thorough evaluation of my HVAC project requirements - discussed different options and we came to a good solution for my home. I look forward to working with Addario's for my HVAC project. Clearly a professional company that has the skills and experience to deliver and support high quality and…
Just had central air and a mini split installed in my home. Matt made everything to easy to understand regarding install and pricing and how everything would work. From estimate to install, everyone that entered my home was professional, educated and was respectful of my home. Anne, in the office was awesome with…
Matt the representative was on time and knowledgeable and explained everything, from how the system works to rebate programs that were available and maintenance programs.
We love the Technician that has come to our house to service our system. He is informative, thorough and professional.
We’ve been using Addarios for about 4 years. We were impressed with the size of their fleet of clean vans and large number of technicians, most of them specialists in one area of service or another. We’ve had particularly good results with Cameron. He seems most familiar with our system understands what we want it…
EDIT: Updated to 3 stars from 1. Joe Addario reached out after my review and sent a team who fixed the heat pump/furnace firing simultaneously and restored heat pump functionality. However, the furnace still hits the high limit switch even when 64°, and we now have a 20° temperature difference between floors that…
The technicians that were at my home were very polite. They made sure my system was functioning properly and also did a great job! I always recommend Addario’s to all
The Addario crews were fantastic! They explained everything and were congenial, respectful and knowledgeable. The work was finished in a timely manner and they cleaned up the entire work area I highly recommend Addario and will absolutely use them again
We are very pleased with the installation of our boiler and heat pump. The work was completed efficiently, and we appreciate the team's expertise. The prices charged were also quite fair for the services provided. We would like to extend our thanks to Josh and the whole team for their assistance.
Addario's was wonderful to work with. We wanted to add AC to our 1900's home, and they walked us through the various options and available benefits through the Mass Save Heat Loan program. We decided to keep our existing heating system as a backup and add a condenser with 4x mini-splits. Addario's made sure to size…
Outstanding! Constant contact. Articulate explanation of service and breakdown of expenses. To be honest, business is business, but you can 100% tell that it's not all about the money. Don't hesitate to use Addario's.
I have been a client of Addario's for over two decade. They installed my tankless water heater, my first air con, my first heating. In each case they were professional on time and diligent. David, who came this time was lovely an laughed about the fact that he did a call just to tell me the switch was off. Thank you…

Very informative and professional. Experience has been great so far!
Addario’s has a bad customer service. They change my schedule three times so far. This company always rescheduling their appointments and not on time for it. Their don’t even bother to communicate with the customer so they running late. Do not believe them when they say. They’ll be here.
Ann is the greatest help. She makes things happen. All the professional that did the work were great also. Thanks for everything ,your life long customer
Gave complete estimate for heat pumps very professional, and thorough.
Good job done on replacing the entire HVAC system done professionally and on time.
We have used Addario's Services for plumbing and A/C repairs, and they're subcontracted electrician for electrical upgrades (outlet and fixture installation, panel and service upgrade) and have had nothing but positive experiences. Customer service is professional, kind, and highly effective. Their crews operate in…

Punctual, professional, polite, responsive.
Heat pump installed to replace AC condenser and work with oil burner. It was a positive experience from start to finish and hopefully going forward. The comfort consultants proposed several options that were very reasonable and enlightened me regarding other possibilities than an AC condenser. They were the first…
I was very impressed with Brian and his crew in the installation of my new a/c system. It was a very difficult process but they we’re very persistent. They worked very well together. I would definitely recommend Brian and his crew and Addario’s. Job well done.
Prompt and professional. Justin was very helpful and explained everything I need to know. Please give him a bonus on my behalf! Will be a repeat customer.
Addario sales and service were very responsive from start to finish. Two Addario staff and a subcontractor completed the job during a heatwave. The 2 Addario staff that worked in our home were polite and respectful and did their part of the job quickly and efficiently despite spending the day in a third floor…

Addario’s installed Central AC in my home. Positive experience from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with - from initial sales call, pre install survey to install - were prompt and professional. One minor glitch post install but they came right away and made adjustments to fix which says a lot about their…
Presentation: Mark's presentation was thorough and very knowledgeable. He measured each room for his recommendations. He informed us Addario's Services would take care of the installation including electric, clean up, rebates, and finance options. Installation: it started with Brian calling before he arrived to see…
5/6/22 Mark came out to give an estimate to replace our boiler. Very upfront about costs and services, very knowledgeable and was able to quote pricing specific to our needs quickly. We have used Addario several years ago to install a mini-split A/C system and we’re very happy with their installation and service…
Signed a contract to install a high efficiency heat pump. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable.
We needed a new AC system, and as Addario's Services has handled our furnace installation in the past, called them to assist on our AC. They sent Harold who was the absolute best. He was a complete professional, and handled the installation (including a couple of challenges that arose) fantastically. Thank you!
