Identified the issue and solved it . Wish it was quicker but that was an issue with Bosch shipping the replacement part. Clint was extremely professional and informative.

The technician was very knowledgable about my Asko dishwasher. He made several attempts to reset it and it worked. This saved us considerable cost. He also made sure I knew about the warranty and alerted me to future issues that could occur and advised on products that he trusts.

Jeremy at Advanced Applicance Services was fantastic when our dishwasher broke and we wanted to save it versus buying a new one. He was thorough, quick, and when one issue popped up after the initial issue he diagnoses, he was quick to get the part ordered and fit us in as soon as he could. Alan serviced a couple of our appliances recently; one of which had been worked on before. He performed a miraculous repair that other technicians could not accomplish. Said repair saved us from spending thousands on a replacement. He is the most professional technician that I have ever seen. He’s also a nice gentleman and a credit to his employer.

Noah was amazing! He diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher immediately. He ordered the part and because another repairman from Advance misdiagnosed the problem, he told me there would not be a charge since the other repairman had previously been there four times and could not rectify the problem. I love that they took the time to show me how to care for my dishwasher and helped me locate the filter. I would use them again for other appliances as well.

I paid $450 dollars for my ice maker to be fixed in January (had to order a part + install). A few months later, it’s still barely making ice. Did not inform me up front of the cost of service call. Did not provide a written estimate of repairs, paper or electronically. Did repairs and charged me more than the verbal estimate. Very unprofessional. Would not trust them again with my business.

I use this Company alot they are the best

Everything about their service was great. The only reason I gave only 4 stars is that the only thing that needed repair on my dishwasher was the handle and the cost to replace it was over $200, (including parts, labor, service charge, tax) which seemed excessive to me since the cost of the part was less than $40.

Technician diagnosed and estimated repair for the amount quoted. Wait time for parts was a bit long but not out of bounds for current supply chain issues. Repairs were scheduled and executed during promised time and invoice was the same as estimated. Repair has fixed issue so far.

Not able to repair dishwasher. Barely two years old. motor breakdown. Part not available for months. Repair as costly as new machine. Repairman did not wear mask the whole time he was in my house.
