Was able to schedule service call in about 3 days. Technician was on time and very knowledgeable. Suggested new dryer option as ours was old enough that it was not worth fixing. We decided on Speen Queen basic manual model with manual knobs and no digital displays or electronic options. No bells and whistles.

I have used this company to repair all of my appliances since I first used them. They are professional, knowledgeable, clean & nice. When my microwave quit working just before Thanksgiving & needed a part they didn’t have in stock, they gave me a loaner until they could get my microwave operable.
