Even though the outcome was not what we wanted the service person was great. Our range hood was not able to be repaired. He explained why and was very knowledgeable about what we should look for in a new hood.
There was confusion about the part number needed because the number recommended by the manufacturer was different from the number recommended by AAS. This caused a delay in getting the repair made. Also, the scheduler did not allow enough time for the repair, so the repair was delayed another week. The repairman was…
Alan serviced a couple of our appliances recently; one of which had been worked on before. He performed a miraculous repair that other technicians could not accomplish. Said repair saved us from spending thousands on a replacement. He is the most professional technician that I have ever seen. He’s also a nice gentleman and a credit to his employer.
