Individual was on time and fixed the problem in a professional manner. He was very knowledgeable and explained why it needed to be repaired.

Getting an appointment with Advanced was very easy. They pick ip the phone to answer and cans schedule a day right on the call. There service tech Alan was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to fix my problem quickly

Spent 7 minutes collecting ALL my info only to tell me they don’t have availability for a week to come and even look at my urgently broken freezer… thank you for wasting my time.

Reached out day before with arrival window. Texted next day on the way. Put down blanket to protect carpet while working. Analyzed situation. Took pictures to show me. Got back the next day with results of search for part. 100% satisfied. Highly recommend

This is the Service you always hope for when you call for a repairman. The scheduler gave me a day and let me know that the block of time would be settled a little closer to the day. Great response time and good work

Jeff was on time (actually a bit early) very professional for both visits. First to identify the problem, second to replace ordered part. He explained the issue and was prompt in deliverin his service.
