Our ice machine went on the fritz. They came out, listened, did some diagnostics and knew exactly what was wrong. Explained the issue but it was plumbing related so they couldn't fix it. But the plumber could immediately!
I paid $450 dollars for my ice maker to be fixed in January (had to order a part + install). A few months later, it’s still barely making ice.
