Individual was on time and fixed the problem in a professional manner. He was very knowledgeable and explained why it needed to be repaired.
Getting an appointment with Advanced was very easy. They pick ip the phone to answer and cans schedule a day right on the call. There service tech Alan was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to fix my problem quickly
Spent 7 minutes collecting ALL my info only to tell me they don’t have availability for a week to come and even look at my urgently broken freezer… thank you for wasting my time.
Clint was great! On time, kind, patient, and stayed until he figured out the issue.
I request the same guy every time- Angel- he's competent and quick. He goes the extra mile every time -- he provides counsel that saves $$. Grateful for a company that vets their people well. That hasn't been my experience with other providers. Wolf stove, sub zero fridge, dacor microwave, asko dishwasher...
We are very pleased with this company and the technicians. They get straight to work, diagnosing your problem and their prices are fair. Good communication as well.
Chelsea, Drew, Wayne and the rest of the Advance Appliance crew are wonderful. Quick response, expert analysis and prompt repair.
Whenever appliance problems arise, we always turn to them, and they deliver professional, excellent work. We recommend them 100%.
Timely and experienced
Reached out day before with arrival window. Texted next day on the way. Put down blanket to protect carpet while working. Analyzed situation. Took pictures to show me. Got back the next day with results of search for part. 100% satisfied. Highly recommend
We have a variety of high end appliances that are a little on the "older" side (happens to the best of us), yet Advance Appliance always sends the right tech for them they are always professional, scheduling is a breeze, timely and have always repaired everything. We've been their clients for about 4 years. Will not…
Service man was very knowledgeable and there was no charge as you have serviced before.
This is the Service you always hope for when you call for a repairman. The scheduler gave me a day and let me know that the block of time would be settled a little closer to the day. A day or two before the appt, Carlos texted me to tell me the 3hr block he would aim for, to check if it was OK. The two times he…
Clint was great! Super professional.
Clint is the best!!
Jeff, the Advance technician did an outstanding job! He was very calm, professional, and fixed the problem in less than an hour. I would not hesitate to give Advance the highest of recommendation.
Great response time and good work
Jeff was on time (actually a bit early) very professional for both visits. First to identify the problem, second to replace ordered part. He explained the issue and was prompt in deliverin his service.
Troy was very courteous and thorough.
I’ve used Advance twice over the past two years. Both times the repair technicians knew exactly what to do, were neat and tidy, and professional.
We rely on this co. for most appliance repairs. The technicians are polite, professional and hardworking. Appreciate the text the night before an appt. confirming approx. time of arrival.
My service tech, Angel, was great. Kept me posted on his arrival time and help with my freezer. I will use them again should I need service on appliances!
Carlos showed up as scheduled.Took the time to explain the problem. Fixed the problem in 30 min.
The only appliance company I reach out to; their knowledge of high and higher end appliances is not matched by other companies.
On time, knowledgable.Excellent service
They were incredibly kind and friendly and also were looking out to make sure we tried a cheaper option first before replacing a whole part of the freezer. And they hunch that replacing a piece versus a larger element was right! When you know, people are being honest, ethical and looking out for you, there’s no…
I've used these guys for 20 years. They are always so professional, reliable and try to help. Can't imagine using anyone else.
Did a great job explaining the likely problem and communicating solutions. Appreciate them!
Replaced a freezer gasket. Done perfectly and efficiently. Advanced Appliance has been my “go to” for appliance “out of warranty” repair for years. They never disappoint.
This is the 5th time I have used Advanced repair and I can not say enough about them. There are other Appliance repairs companies I have used in the past and felt like I was not being told the truth about a repair or replacement. These guys are honest and charge an appropriate amount for repairs. They were on time…
Clint was on tone courteous very professional and willing to do what ever it would take to repair our ice machine. He explained what our issue was and gave us all the time needed to correct our problem. A+ rating. Thank you Clint.
Always have a good experience when I have used Advance Appliance. They are reliable, efficient and honest.
Super nice people. Complete pros. Fixed our problem and bent over backwards to help us with warranties. Really could not recommend more! Service tech Joe is the best!
Angel returned to help us diagnose an issue with a new freezer’s ice maker; as always, he listened to our description of the issue, asked good questions to clarify things and then made a recommendation to have certain testing done by a plumber before attempting further work. Appreciate Angel’s thoughtful and cost conscious approach to things, as always.
We love our technician. He always looks out for things and alerts us to any potential problems as well as advises us on how to troubleshoot things before needing repairs.
$1,500 for 1.0-1.5hr labor! I have an "S" stamped on my forehead for stupid. I trusted & paid without seeing details. Their tech told me he gave me a break because he wouldn't have to remove fridge doors and I had clamp work lights illuminating the area, cleared work space and even had a small step ladder in place…
These folks are wonderful. They have done great warranty work for Goodall Homes. I will use them in the future - if need be.
Pleasant & thorough. Did not try to sell most expensive repair first. I appreciate that.
SO knowledgable and hard working ... easy to have in one's home.
Carlos was great! We have used them on several other occasions and they are always professional, always knowledgeable and fair in their pricing structure. Highly recommend!
Under early warranty swapped out noise ice maker in our Sub-Zero freezer. Young man Joe was everything you want in an employee - prompt, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Give that young man a raise!
Very professional and would recommend in the future.
Quickly repaired issue. Friendly and fast service.
I've used Advance Appliance Service numerous times for both ordinary major and small appliance repair, as well as sophisticated appliances (Miele coffeemaker, Subzero freezer / ice maker). Every time they're knowledgeable, on-time, courteous, professional, and get the job done. They're not rushed, they come with…
Repaired ice maker under warranty. Repair was very well done. Service people were a pleasure to work with.
Excellent Company
This call was to address a malfunctioning refrigerator/freezer ice maker. Advance worked me into the schedule, the technician was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. I will add that I have used Advance for two decades for my major appliances and Advance is uniformly capable, responsive and…
I had a different company previously work on my refrigerator. Lon story short they quit the job after being told it was not working with the new parts. Advanced defiantly costs more for the service fee but, in my eyes it was worth it. Jeff was able to diagnose what went wrong with the previous install. The customer…
Our ice machine went on the fritz. They came out, listened, did some diagnostics and knew exactly what was wrong. Explained the issue but it was plumbing related so they couldn't fix it. But the plumber could immediately!
I paid $450 dollars for my ice maker to be fixed in January (had to order a part + install). A few months later, it’s still barely making ice. I had Advance Appliance come back out to say it would cost another $550 dollars to make it work correctly. And the service fee to hear that news was $133. I am not moving…
Noah, the tech, came out and figured out problem with our ice maker right away. He ordered part which was under warranty and was back as soon as they got it in. Very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.
The repair man fixed the freezer (ice backing up) and the dishwasher was tilted and needed to be secured. I trust this will fix both issues. There were 2 previous attempts to fix the dishwasher and the “fix” didn’t last. Thank you for the service and professionalism!
Good experience. Very professional. Got the job done (fixed the problem). Would use again.
Waited over a month for parts to come in for freezer. Poor communication. I called finally one day to just cancel the repair and miraculously the part showed up while we were on the phone.
Jeff was extremely professional and efficient. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within one hour
This is not my first time using Advance Appliance Services nor will it be my last! How would I describe them in a word....AWESOME! My first visit was from Clint, and I will wait however long it takes to get an appointment with him. Basically, he is worth the wait! That being said, I usually only wait a day or so to…
Great experience with Advance Appliance to replace our ice maker. Prompt, courteous and knowledgable. Definitely recommend!
Prompt response time! I was lucky enough to get same day service due to a rescheduled appointment. Fair pricing and professionalism. Would highly recommend.
I have a 26 year old SubZero Refrigerator/Freezer at my Vacation Rental and when it started leaking and the freezer went out I needed it fixed ASAP and also feared I would have to replace it. I have never used Advance but was pleased when the girl promised me a tech would be out within 48 hours and they were! They…
