We had 3 companies come out to do our appliance repair. This is the first one that was able to fix it & they took care of it immediately. Wish we called them first! We saved their info and will call again next time we need someone!!!!

I request the same guy every time- Angel- he's competent and quick. He goes the extra mile every time -- he provides counsel that saves $$. Grateful for a company that vets their people well. That hasn't been my experience with other providers. Wolf stove, sub zero fridge, dacor microwave, asko dishwasher...

Angel showed up on time and diagnosed the problem with our Bosch Oven quickly. By luck, he happened to have the part on his truck and was able to replace the part quickly. Very impressed with his knowledge about the appliances and will use Advance Appliance for future services.

Clinton was very clever in fixing the issue with the oven doors since the door hinge parts are no longer made for our 2012 Thermador built in ovens. He was able to switch doors on the double oven addressing the issue for the time being. His efforts were greatly appreciated this being Thanksgiving!

We had an oven (under warranty) that was acting up. Alan scheduled a time, came out a couple of times once he could see and diagnose the problem. He explained everything wonderfully so that I understood and it works great now!

We had a bent faceplate that needed to be replaced. Clint even noticed our fan in the oven seemed to be making a weird noise and was able to fix that for us too. Definitely would recommend to others.

We’ve had Advance Appliance repair our oven, dishwasher and washer over the years. Always excellent service, they show up when they say they will and explain things clearly. Joe is the person who repaired everything for us.

Replaced a cooling fan for double oven

The status of this business a factory certified by Fisher & Paykel inspired initial confidence. Setting the appointment was easy, office staff was courteous and professional. Time to Service date was short. Technician was friendly, professional and performed the repair competently and quickly. Perfect service all the way around!

Technician was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company for appliance service and repair.

Very responsive and kept us updated on status of parts that needed to be ordered. They then showed when they said they would and made the repairs.

Advanced Appliance replaced the probe in my Bosch oven which regulates temperature. No problem with the repair but to be charged $300 to replace a $45 part on a 4 yr old oven is ridiculous. Very prompt and knowledgable.

I have used this company to repair all of my appliances since I first used them. They are professional, knowledgeable, clean & nice. When my microwave quit working just before Thanksgiving & needed a part they didn’t have in stock, they gave me a loaner until they could get my microwave operable. I highly recommend them for all your appliance repairs!
